With the make toy constructicons hopefully shipping soon the autobots are gonna need some back up!! I wonder can we expect to ever see a complete set of generations/classic dinos? Which would you like to see next? Im gonna say swoop or slag.
Second to grimlock, I like swoop as a character, but I like slags bot look and the brontasaurous second form. Will we ever get them???

A 3rd party TF toy company is already hard at work creating 5 dinobots new molds. their gonna combine to create a gestalt combiner. Theirs a few proto type images on the internet.

I think Hasbro stated it has no interest in doing farther Dinobots but I believe that was over a year ago.

EDIT: Or maybe just after PCC Grimstone.

These guys fill my dinobots gap, but even though they combine, I feel 1 short, and animated snarl just wont do...

There were rumours for a while of an Encore Dinobots release, but apparently one mold was never found or too damaged to use, or something like that

Surely Has/Tak would have made more than just one mold per character, doesn't make sense?

Maybe it's time to make some new molds?

If they actually did make Dinobots i would hope they would be better than what we got for Classics Grimlock. He's terrible. Well......his legs are terrible, the rest is alright.

But if they did i'd like to see Snarl done next.

Also me To I would Like to see Slag For shore He's a Pretty Cool Dinobot. Would would like them to remake him. :-?

I know they have that technology. Maybe they are just trying to make a sweat over it, then when they think enough anticipation/anger has risen, BOOM, we have Dinobots.

Personally, if they make one, they should make them all. Plus like monstergrotusque said, the Classics Grimlock was actually terrible, so do him over too......

I am a big fan of non-vehicular alt modes (especially if in the classic-verse) It seems like robot/dinosaurs would be a no-brainer, huge seller. They were popular during G-1, right? Why would Hasbro not be interested in producing any Dinobots?!? :BOOM:

I'm not sure I'm really a third party kind of collector. I maybe, more of a send-Hasbro-a-few- -emails-and-seethe-about-it-until-it-finally-happens kind of collector. :-x

I'm certainly no expert on the subject of mold making, so I'm only repeating what has been said before, but Hasbro said at one of their Botcon panels that to reverse engineer a mold and get the exact same detail on the figure is nearly impossible to do for a good expence/profit ratio. Something about it being cheaper to make a mold/design from scratch. It would explain then why some of the Reverse Engineered molds seen on KO toys lack certain details such as fine facial detailings.

I would love to see them go Classic-style on the rest of the Dinobots. There were things that we thought we would never get in the Classic line and we ended up getting. I think Hasbro will make the characters that were popular. They are just doing it in their time, not ours.

For the time beign, you could always pick up the original G1 Dino Bots. The still hold up really well to todays standards. Plus you can get a set with most of the weapons for around 200 - 225.

Oh man!! Universe grimlock gets no love?? I think hes awesome!! I wish he were a bit larger, but other than that friggen sweet!! I always wished the dinos would combine to make a big ol bot to crush the decepta opposition. Prediking vs "prehistoryon" or maybe "reptilyon" lame?.... all well. I like the new grimlocks dino boots....

They had that before. It was called "Beast." But it was a mindless monster. The brains of all of the Dinobots combined gave it a simple impulse to kill, no matter the faction. I think it was in The Beast Within once...

No toy, though

Only if you have no qualms with stealing Swoop.

As far as classics-style Dinobots go, I really do think we will eventually get the other 4. Maybe Hasbro has jut been waiting for FunPub to make some BotCon exclusives first before making their own mass release (they're goofy like that)

Maybe Takara can lease the molds from the bootleggers.
