Do you ever find yourself looking at the battles to see if certain people are in it or if certain builds are in there?

I have found myself looking recently for certain builds ,especially if I find the Missions highly out numbered and there are cons waiting in the arena. Don't know how people feel, but 8 to 1 odds isn't worth it to me. I ask this because in two weeks since a full promotion for my characters I have found the participation levels dropping and my stats suffering (win vs loss ratio) because I will be one of two bots versus 6 or more cons. I don't need an advance degree in statistics to know that unless everyone built their bots with nothing but int and skill we don't stand a chance. However I have been paying attention to damage done, build types, strategies favored at levels, etc.

I also seem to see what I call "snipers" joining the mission in the last few minutes. These are people that for one reason or another activate their characters and wait for the last minute to join a mission. This would be a good strategy, but for some reason I see rank 1 bots only joining when Rank 3 cons are in the mission or other strange occurrences. Occasionally this pays off with a nice 1-3k payoff but usually its an utter defeat. I am just trying to figure out the tactic behind it as the risk vs the reward is monumentally unbalanced in these situations.

Some times I have a look at how many from each side is in the mission but that doesn't change anything. I see 2-4 and up to 5-7 and of course the 1-11. I have levels 4 and 5. If the mission is autobot heavy, then if its a 3-4 I'll go for it, less likely if it is a 5-7. Other than that most of the time I just jump in regardless.

I try to join the most even fights, however in the past three or four days I think my faction has stopped doing missions all together. Only the same three people join for a bit. After that its like I am Tupac out there.

I have noticed that during certain times of the day you can't find an Autobot to help you for nothing. Same with the 'Cons too (to fight I mean).

I tend to look through the missions first to see how they fair. If the numbers aren't too bad and there is time for others to join in I'll throw some of my Crushers in the missions. But I to shy away from 6 vs 1 in favor of the 'Cons regardless of how much time is left, just because it is VERY rare that the 'Bots will come in force to help - sadly enough. That is through my own experience at any rate.

I do look for certain 'Bots to help, _Anshin_ being one of them, and certain 'Cons to fight.

Or they could be activing their bots and going to the missions screen and joining the only missions available.

New missions tend to only generate if there are no others available, when the server sees you refreshing the missions screen with active bots and there are no available missions, it then pushes out new ones.

Funny, I had a feeling you were doing the same thing I was. Seems like we are the only two out there right now. Lost about few k in energon today in CR since about 7am est.

I just fling my guys into any and all missions where there are less cons than bots.
If none of those exist, any mission that has any bots. If none of those exist either... just try and avoid there being too many missions with more than 1 con...

Nope, i join whatever battles are ready to go regardless of crushing odds in the bots favour. If i have a choice (which i rarely do) i will give preference to a mission with another con already in it.

This is what I do. I'm not particularly fond of terrible odds, but I will still throw my bots into the available open missions.

Plus I feel bad when I see someone sitting in a mission by themselves with disproportionate odds. If I throw my bots in there with theirs then we can both die together

I would smack talk, but I have seen that most cons aren't really investing any points into int, so I don't want my jokes going too far over their head.

Did I miss something or just suppress it? Or worse was it like most Autobot things around here and appear for one second, sound like it was going to be a big deal and poof never happens?

Now who will make the first sex comparison and will someone amaze me by not turning it on me and/or my wife?

I noticed one Autobot Commander in a lot of my missions, had great configs and was shaping up to be a worthy opponent.

So I started up a thread calling him the "Autobot Saviour" and also to see if I could call him out. He showed up, posted for a bit, then Absolute Zero and alldarker derailed it into an attention seeking thread as they both believed that they were the "Autobot Saviour".

I can't believe you missed that ...
