Looks like a 3rd party Optimus toy.

Interesting...It also looks like some sort of a Poweredup mode with all that pipes/smokestacks going on.

The shoulder area makes me think of Evasion Mode Optimus from AoE, but with smoke stacks on the outsides of the shoulders...





The legs have some similarities as well.

Think that alt mode V shaped door kibble on the back of the robot mode is very reminiscent of the ROTF Leader scale Optimus toy.

Addon for Evasion mode prime confirmed. This set turns him into badass Ginrai, which is totally unexpected for a movie toy addon. Now I'll have to get myself that AOE prime...

You know what, despite going to see the new TF4 movie recently and following most of the hype created around the new toys released, I have yet to get around to purchasing a TF4 figure!

Evasion mode Optimus Prime is one I do intend to pick up, but maybe the The & Now 2-pack which comes with Classics Voyager Op, but find his arms and legs to be a little on the skinny side. This add-on set just may be the thing he needs to bulk him out enough plus adds a nice twist to the original mold!

Like most reveals, I would suspect we'll see something in colour unless one of those kind folk who has access to a shop full of Photo editing kit may be able to help?

Actually I need to get an evasion mode OP too. Now which one to get? doesn't help that the colors aren't revealed yet for this. set looks cool and only 50 bucks. not too bad

I think this looks pretty good. Not everything needs to be a super expensive original figure, after all.

That said, this isn't something I actually want. There's so many things out or coming out soon that I want that there's no room for this. But if you don't like Xovregn's take or FP's take this is certainly something.

Done. I used the Takara version as the base, so replace the feet with more blue and all red shoulder spikes for the hasbro version in your mind Didn't do the alt mode because I'm lazy, and personally I'm just gonna be displaying this dude in bot mode most of the time with this kit on.

Of course this is only if they're going with the traditional Ginrai color placements.

Not the Ginrai everyone wanted...but the Ginrai I waited my whole life for! Seriously, this height suits me. Plus, I'm not fond of slipping a truck into a gaping hole.

I have no Evasion Prime to Ginrai up . This isn't convincing me to get one either, but it does look kinda nifty. I was amongst those who grabbed the Xovergein kit though, so my dream of a Classics style Powermaster Optimus Prime has been fulfilled, and exactly the way I wanted it too (combining with Henkei Prime as the chest etc.).

Does anyone else see potential for Thunderwing?

Wondering if the armor parts will form a Godbomber type alt mode. Or if the Armor parts form nothing by themself.

Well to be fair Transformazing Toys had them intergrated pretty well with their trailer until they scrapped it because a bunch of people felt it wasn't worth the asking price.

Touché. And yet, I still must argue that the trailer, which comprised of roughly 80% of the bulk, was still pretty useless.

That looks pretty neat as a movieverse Magnus Though that means one'll have to do some paint work (Or maybe that whitish rustyprime version will do just fine...)

On deciding whether this was for me or not, I first counted how many versions of Evasion Prime I have/am going to end up with:

-Hasbro (own)
-Takara (on order)
-Platinum Edition 2-pack (own)
-Evolution 2-pack (awaiting patiently)

At least one of those Primes could stand an upgrade.

That's a lot of love for one mold, which I commend. I tend to stay strictly to only one mold, even if it's got a retool like Generations Sandstorm.
