You can download the PDF here.
No word has been given regarding the exclusive Black Protect Ironhide, but use of an image editor such as Photoshop may provide the desired results.
For those of you that can't download it, you can find it here.

You can view it like that, or view it like I do. Take the green Ratchet cutout, revamp it and Viola!!! You got heads for bot g1 Ratchet and Ironhide.
And you won't have to pay 35 bucks USD on ebay for them. Sounds good to me.

1st off, Adobe Acrobat WILL prompt you to install an update.
2nd, Green Ratchet is not a 150$ figure. He's only expensive on the secondary market because he is unavailable outside of Japan. He was a mailaway exclusive figure that anybody who bought Transformers Visualworks and lived in Japan could get for quite cheap. I have Visualworks (awesome art book) and I have the little mailaway form, unfortunately I live in Canada. The price gets jacked up on websites like BBTS etc. because they need to find someone in japan to order a bunch of 40$ books, get the mailaway form, pay the fee for that and THEN ship it via registered EMS from Japan to their warehouses. EMS shipping can getting bloody psychotically expensive.
Basically, you aren't paying 150$ for the toy, you're paying 150$ for the hassle of getting the toy in stock.

Getting the cutout head for free to print out is pretty cool. I can use that to spruce up my old G1 Ironhide.
For the $150 green ratchet, well, I can understand the reasoning behind the price, but for that kind of money I'd sooner wait for the headmaster Ironhide that Jizaitoys are working on.

That's cool this is available. There is a cardboard cut out that comes with the Green Ratchet package, but it is the white version.

I suppose I need to focus more on ripping on the toy and not the face. Regardless of the cost, the toy is an expensive, hideous green turd (IMO). But for alternate purposes, I guess I do see the value in the PDF face, especially for updating the original G1 toy.
And my wife thinks I'm not flexible.

I'm neither for or against his colourscheme. I kinda want him because I have the Artbook and the mailaway form, but, unfortunately in this instance, I don't live in Japan. I'm also not willing to send 150$
So, if anybody is good with photoshop and can turn Green Ratchet in to Black Ironhide, do let me know. He's on his way here and I'd like to see how a cutout head looks on him.
