Earthrise Sky Lynx Leg Issue Fix?

Earthrise Sky Lynx Leg Issue Fix?

I just got an Earthrise Sky Lynx, and his rightmost bird leg will not fold flush to the bottom of the shuttle. This prevents it from latching, in the back, onto the Lynx portion. Has anyone come across this issue and/or is there a fix? Thanks in advance!
