The auction ended just less than an hour ago and it went GREAT!! The winning bid was $312 and it's all gonna be used to buy new musical instruments at one of the elementary schools here in Rockingham County!

Man oh man... this has been one heckuva wild ride. Ever since when Transformers came out in July, and through the petition and the e-mails and phone calls and blog posts, to seeing this CD come out and now, this...

Can't think of a better way to have capped-off this amazing, wonderful experience of the past several months :grin:

No I ain't going anywhere from Seibertron but just wanted to say: to the staff here, to all the good folks on this forum, to Transformers fans everywhere, and especially to Steve Jablonsky and his crew and the folks at Warner Bros. Records...

THANK YOU!!!!

And I say that not just from myself but on behalf of a lot of people here who are going to benefit for a long time to come from this auction

I am so very happy that the CD went for so much! I wish I could have bid on it myself but, with a new car payment and having to figure out how to afford Christmas on a shoe-string budget, I could not.

So, to anyone who COULD afford to bid on the Score; you my good sirs (or madams) will become heros to a lot of little kids for a very long time.

$312, wow! Someone must be really desperate to find a copy since it sure ain't poppin up on store shelves. Haha, j/k. But it's great to see that money go to a good cause.
