I saw the new OP with the trailer at TRU last night (while looking in the Kre-O section in hopes I would find the new MicroChanger Kreons) and was tempted to get it. It's pretty cool, much cooler than the first Kre-O OP. They had it in a display case in both modes.

The rest looked like the old Kre-O stuff, though, none of the ones you pictured above. And they were all Buy One Get One 50% Off.

Only new set I've seen in a store so far is the Stealth Bumblebee at Kmart. MY TRU doesn't have any new sets yet. According to their website, all Targets in my area have the new Prime vs Megatron set instock. They must still be in the back waiting for the new reset though. I ordered the Wheeljack vs. Knockout set from Target's website. It should get delivered tomorrow. I can't wait to get my hands on the 2 new little sets, but I don't want to order them from TRU's website.

Courtesy of Seibertron.com member ScottyP we have a retail sighting of the new Kre-O Transfomers building block sets Destruction Site Devastator, Battle for Energon, and Street Showdown. The sets were found at a Toys"R"Us store in Cary, North Carolina.
