Jazz?
I can only infer that Ironhide lands in the pool, Optimus lands in the open field before he scans the truck passing by, Ratchet of course lands in the shop and scans an emergency vehicle who is dispatched to check on the meteor landing(stasis pod)so...who is it?
Nooo... I thought it was this...
Feild- Prime
Pool- Ironhide
Shop- Jazz
Ball Park- Ratchet
It makes sense since an ambulance is near a ball park. Also, Jazz was seen on top of a car dealership store and there were trees in background since they said there was something in the trees.
Why does it make sence to you that a ambulance would be near a ball park?????
There are usually emergency vehicles stationed at stadiums and some other large venues so that response time is better. Its not to big of a stretch but I think the novel does give a breakdown of who, what, where, when, why, and how.
Not when those stadiums and some other large venues are emty or when there's no event at them.
Even thou the lites were on the stadiums was emty.
The vehicles could be stationed there, the lights could have been on because the event got out earlier in the night. Or they could be stationed nearby.
And the light could have been ont because they were laying new turff.......to many ifs.And we do get a good view of the stadiums sournding area and we dodnt see a single ambulance it the area.As for being nearby.....anything is possible theres one outside my house right now.
But ither way we see Ratchet pull away from where he landed near the shop. The ambulance that drives away from the shop has a Autobot symble on it.

I know who landed where, like I said it tells in the novel. But for those that are still maing assumptions it could go either way. The shot of the stadium is a very far away shot so you can't tell whats in the parking lot realistically.

I hope Ratchet fixes legs better than he does vocalizers. Bumblebee was probably legless for a good couple of months or so.
I bet Bumblebee just grew a pair of legs back because he ate all his vegetables.
There was nothing wrong with BB's vocaliser, it was all psychological trauma that he couldn't deal with until he saw Megatron defeated.
Huh, when did that come up in the movie? Was it disclosed in a an interview or on a special feature? Why didn't they just explain that then?
I think he was joking.
iopele wrote:I always thought it was Ironhide in the field and Prime in the pool. When you look at the pool Autobot as he hides behind the trees, that's more Prime-sized than Ironhide-sized (think of Prime and Ironhide at Sam's house--Prime towers over it, like the pool Autobot towers over the house and trees by the pool, but Ironhide is about the same height as Sam's house or a little shorter). Also, the music really changes to the super-dramatic when the bot comes out of the pool, which makes more sense if it's Optimus than Ironhide. I can't see Ironhide getting a more dramatic intro than Prime.
Of course, I don't have any of the books that people are referring to so I could be off-track here. Does it say specifically in the books who lands in the field and the pool?

Hmm, you're right... and Prime's atop a rather deserted hill/embankment when he scans the semi. Seems odd to me that they gave Ironhide such a big intro instead of Prime, though--the music, the little girl, etc. You'd think the big guy would get all that.
We should mark this day on a calendar somewhere. Iopele is admitting she's wrong!

Bumblebee trans-scans the '09 Camaro, and drives up to Sam...but where the hell did the driver go??? Did he teleport into the '77 somehow?

What are you asking?
Bumblebee scaned a new body for himself from the 09 Camaro that drove by.
They dont trade places with the veichles that they scan.
They mimic the appearence of what ever veichle they scan.
The original 09 still had a driver and went on its merry way.

Oh...I feel dumb now.For some reason, I was thinking he just transferred his spark into the new vehicle. Not thinking straight...but thanks for clearing that up.

well think about it this way, can a human survive having his/her legs blown off? Yes, can a human survive being rippen in half? No. There's prolly several vital organs in chest/ waste area for a bot and not to mention being thrown 30ft into a building by a discruntled tank robot and being stepped on by a several ton robot won't help matters.~Windcharger~ wrote:Burn wrote:Well there is the glaringly obvious "Ratchet fixed him up".
"Then why couldn't he fix Jazz up huh huh?"
Because Jazz was beyond repair.
Yes folks, sometimes the simplest explanations really do answer the most perplexing of questions.
So Rachet can rebuild legs from scratch, but can't put two pieces of an ally back together?

Can't we humans kinda do that now??![]()
Your legs get hacked off, yeah it sucks but we can make new ones. You get ripped in half, you're dead, nothing you can do.
Edit: Aw, hell he beat me to it....
