As of right now the ability to switch factions is not possible. With the release of v2 on it's way, you will probably have to wait till then. I do understand that you would like to switch factions and am not saying I don't support it, but with v2 so close, the faction switching panel broken during the crash and there being a code freeze on the game I don't think it will be possible till the new version is release. I do apologize and encourage you to support the cons as much as you can for now.
Have you had your Seibergasm today?

Only Admins can change sides and we're not doing any side changing currently. Please be patient until V2 comes out or if things change and we can do side switching (which doesn't seem likely at this time). Sorry that you, and many others, are currently stuck as is and hopefully it won't take away from your gaming experience.
