Oh baby! I'm on that like white on rice. The BFS is a good touch, and I hope that the others have a weapon gimmick like Thunderstorm does.

There are two things that give me a ro-boner:

1 - Legends and Scout figures

2 - Unpainted grey resin protos.

Pre-ordered a billion!

Thankyou Seibertron.com and El_Duque! I got a pair pre ordered! An insecticon swarm worth having! This one is actually my least favorite of the three, but thats like saying "This is the slowest Ferrari!" Can't wait for the rest! :APPLAUSE:

And to think, I use to think the Insecticons were lame when I was a kid. Thundershread would have slapped me across the juvenile face.

That's funny...I thought they were cool enough as a kid, but think they're totally lame now. Still getting these, though. I'm sure they'll be cool figures regardless, and lame or not, they have a place in the ol' Classics collection.

I think BBTS just messed up..It's wierd beacuse the card they show actually says Thundershred but the FP website is different..Somebody got their lines crossed when they set up that page me thinks..

I can see BBTS just getting the name wrong when doing a product description, but with it being on the promotional artwork I have to think the name has changed. BBTS isn't going the go to the trouble of making new promo art, that would have came from FansProject. Doesn't really matter because in the end I'll be calling him Shrapnel, for now I'm just calling him pre-ordered!

Be warned, it looks like Shrapnel isn't holding the blades, its just sorta resting on his hand from what can be seen. I hope i'm wrong.

Pre-ordered. Don't like the price hike though and noticed it's now applied to Warcry and Flameblast too - I got them for $44 2 weeks ago and they are now listed at $47. Someone at BBTS suddenly notice how desirable FP stuff is by any chance......?

Given that the promotional art matches the colors of the original Insecticons, I would say these are gonna be the Neo-Insecticons!!. I would have bought all three at once on sight. They compliment Warcry and Flameblast.

Off Topic:
Eventhough I only have Munitioner and Explorer, Flameblast and Warcry look so much better, I want the Superlink or E-Bruticus and make me a faux Battle Gaia. I like where this is going and they will be scout size. Seeing we paid $80 for Deluxe Springer, this is a no brainer they will be scout size.

But even as a scout, Flameblast is menacing, so is Explorer.

BTW:
I heard that these will be a one-run production of this line. Is there any proof to this?

I think I'd like him better if he wasn't Shrapnel, he looks too chunky to be Shrapnel in my opinion, not that I don't like chunky robots I just don't think it suits Shrapnel,though, I'd be lying if I said he didn't look drop-dead gorgeous. :oops:

$50 EACH? I was hoping the price would be closer to $100 for the whole set, like the PE-11 Camera Set. As awesome as these figures are (and they look REALLY awesome), I don't think they're worth $50.

I like this pic from Robotkingdom. Another less imposing mode of the shuriken (he can hold it better), and the previous extended parts make gauntlets (as we have seen before). The weapons on this figure alone gives you a lot of different configurations. I like how you can even make them swords. FansProject always FTW!

I pre-ordered. Does anyone see the posibility of deluxe insecticon repaints ??? Or maybe this is their intention since the actual colors have not been shown ??? Chopshop for this guy, plus Ransack and Barrage ??? Obviously no Venom.
