Your welcome.megatronus wrote:If you count Hexatron's kibble, yea, it might be taller than MP Soundwave. But if we're measuring the top of their heads, Hexatron is shorter, which is by no means show accurate - Sixshot is at least a head taller than Galvatron/Soundwave in most depictions of the character. The reason I said that Quakewave was a better analogy, above, is that he and Soundwave are about the same height - Quakewave is actually in MP scale, even if I don't consider the toy itself an MP.
This Youtube video on 9:56 shows Hexatron is a half of a head taller than MP Soundwave. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rkBF5AUk4qY
This pic shows Hexatron only being one quarter of a inch shorter than MP 10 Optimus. http://kumastyledesigns.com/wp-content/uploads/420.jpg
This link with pics shows Quakewave half of one inch taller than MP Soundwave. The link with pics also shows Quakewave only being one quarter of one inch shorter than MP 10 Optimus. http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/transform ... d-121.html
As most know Quakewave has a undersized almost flat head. Had Quakewave been given a normal sized elongated tall head,he would be taller than MP 10 Optimus. As the top of quakewave's shoulders & chest are taller than MP 10 Convoy's shoulders & top chest.
MP 10 Optimus cheats a bit in height as Takara gave the toy a extremely oversized head with huge antenna ears.
As most know Hexatron comes with a undersized round robot head. In these comparisons pics Hexatron's top chest are taller than MP 10 Optimus.
Another 3rd party company called Clonedroid is giving Hexatron a normal taller elongated robot head with bigger antenna ears. This newer head sculpt is one third of a inch taller. it will make Quakewave a bit taller than MP 10 Optimus measuring from the toes to the heads.
MP Soundwave is still half of a head shorter than Hexatron. Despite Hexatron having a undersized round short head. While Takara gave MP Soundwave a bigger oversized longer head than they gave MP 10 Optimus.
In this pic MP Soundwave & MP Starscream are almost the same size from head to toe. Sounwave is a bit taller due to Takara giving him a oversized tall robot head. http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r90/ ... 223304.jpg
When MP Starscream wears the kings coronation crown, him & MP Sounwave are the same height from head to toe.

Cant say I agree. If Hexatron isnt MP scale, what scale is it ? I try to sugarcoat it in my collection as being classics scale based on his comic book gigantic size. But if we go by traditional G1 cartoon scale (The Rebirth) Hexatron is MP scale.
You mean the G1 cartoon scale where Sixshot is a head shorter than Optimus, Soundwave, etc.?

Afraid it was "five up, five down..." in reference to the Aerialbots who had shown up to fend off the 'Cons, but I agree that that's always the first line that pops into my head when I think of Sixshot.
Such a bad-ass.

Their "brand" plus his style just makes for awesome pieces. Brainstorm/SmartRobin is an almost impossible design made reality. How it goes from boxy robot to sleek jet with no kibble in either mode is absolutely ridiculous.
Agreed.Banjo-Tron wrote:Agreed - more the pity than, that one of the best designs probably ever seen will not be featured on the front page.

Its a shame this site doesnt just offer selective 3rd Party figures on its front page like Tformers and such like.
We obviously dont need every 3P item, as that would result in Ryan imploding!
xyl360 wrote:I dunno, I think I'd rather it be all or nothing, especially in this case as I for one don't like this design (nor any of FP's Headmasters) very much at all.
I disagree somewhat. Posting all 3rd Party news would be a pretty overwhelming situation, for both users and the news staff.xyl360 wrote:Deciding on what the "best" or most significant 3rd party figures worthy of being featured would be far too subjective and would just lead to more rants and arguments about the policy.

Yes. Code was the first of many of his works with FansProject. The Headmasters line is his signature work.
