Because it is blue & white with red highlights.
Of course there will be a repaint into Prime afterwards... (and probably Nemesis Prime).

Naw, it's not a Dreamwave thing. They were just trying to imitate Japanese style artwork to begin with. Those above Revoltechs are great examples in toy form however. Masami Obari is a veteran in the mecha world and is a great example of this kind of posing. A few of those Revoltech mecha ARE his work actually. lol
