Man... they are the size of the not insecticons?

I don't own them, but from the looks of it Not-insecticons are pretty short when comparing to some other hasbro deluxes???

But then again, Menasor's limbs were mostly black...the vehicles were really only the shins and forearms? Maybe it makes the most sense design wise?

They (and the Nonsecticons) are the size of WfC Shockwave. Like, exactly that size.

So, they're small deluxes. Or old sized scouts.

These FP Stunticons are literally the last of the third party stuff I'm interested in. If the limbs are the same size as the Insecticons then Menasor will be about the same size as Crossfire Superion so they better hurry the f*ck up and take my money!

I'm very surprised we haven't seen colored photos of the first two, at least. The second two...we haven't even seen a proto pic, yet.

I know FP's working around the clock on these guys, but dang. Going by their past products, I'm assuming they're taking their time to get this finished in high quality. I'm just surprised and even a little sad, that we haven't seen more at this point.

I'm excited. lol

FP have always made waiting part of the game - considering how much I want these and how hurt my wallet is with other 3P stuff arriving in waves right now I'll be ok with Menny coming out in the new year. Hopefully...............

Depends on what you want for your Superion. I really like what FansProject did with that add-on set in combining what I thought was already a fun bunch of figures to play with. The "Energon" combination was pretty donkey like with the translucent gin feet and hands. However, if you want something more G1 accurate, it might not be what you are looking for. Still, he looks awesome! I can't wait to have Not-Menasor standing in my display case with him.

If anybody has a specific HasTakTom figure they want to see beside a specific FP Insecticon, let me know & i'll snap the pic & post it. I, personally can not wait for these guys, I have all the Neo-Stunticons that have been released officially or otherwise thus far & i'll be happy to keep them in robot mode & combine these guys.

Just took a cue from Nemesis Maximo and decided to add that I am also anxiously awaiting more information about this set. I'm glad Function X has started, but this Stunicon set is absolutely what I've been waiting for all this time. Really want to see a test shot of Motormaster.

I do kinda hope that Deadend and Wildrider have slightly different molds. I don't like to have too many of the same exact bodies (I make an exception for the Seekers though).

Also, would it be too weird to hope for Motormaster to be a monster truck rather than a semi? I felt always felt the Stunticons represented SUNDAY SUNDAY SUNDAY afternoon mud pit junkies anyway.

FP has been going a little off the rails in design lately (looking at YOU Assaulter).

Well, they've been trying to come into their own. But they've always tried to make any given TF home "their own". City Commander got a LOT of flack for his face (I still need a new head for the guy to support the Dr. Wu upgrade). Some people think Defender looks nothing at all like Springer. Their Rodimus upgrade has gotten flack for being armour. And their Insecticons are all ninjas (I'm still waiting for a set that makes then more G1; although I'm not holding my breath). So there'll always be some sort of deviation from what you'd expect from Fansproject.

I think the closest they've ever come to a "perfect" homage was their version of Swindle.
