LoL I did the same exact thing when I got my xf2.. I actually used the 2 helicopters on superion and it looked perdy cool..Fp should take this in mind when making their next combiner project...

I asked this question before, but can the Tank limb be used for an arm with either arm sets?

you can actually change the tank pars to look very menacing by pulling the legs down, and hooking up the original hand parts to look like bruticus has shoulders. I liked it but the helicopter for legs never seemed to be sturdy enough.

When I initially looked at the Munitioner and Explorer sets I questioned whether or not the limbs could be switched around in the same fashion as the set it was replacing parts of. If it did I reasoned to buy another set and repaint them into a Ruination team, displaying him in land mode and Bruticus in flight mode. Sadly it didn't seem as such, but still, I decided to fiddle with things that aught not to be fiddled with.

The result is as follows

This thing falls apart at a breath so I don't recommend even bothering trying to do something like this for any reason... unless you're as morbidly curious as I am.

Thanks. I was only wondering because at some point I plan to draw Nexus Prime, and prefer to keep the configuration official.

Still, it looks pretty cool though, shame it doesn't work.

If it falls apart easily it works as well as the Energon combiners ever did, lol.

It's nice to know it *could* work in another combination .... even if the Combaticons are just clinging onto each other for deal life.

Actually...if you use the two tanks as arms, and the helicopters as legs, but used the FP hands and feet, you have a menacing looking robot.

Hey Shadowscream, maybe use the other tank (Blast-Off), and copter (Swindle), and see how that works. The problem with using the copters as legs was those damn energon weapon thingies weren't sturdy enough. The FP add-on parts for the feet may make another combination.
