It's not a bad looking form. Is this an unofficial mod or do we now have a triple-changer with five modes? :???:

I'd HARDY call that another mode... the guns are closer together than the "Cruiser mode" and the legs are turned, that's about it from what I can tell. I'd call it a variation of a mode... as I would call the alternate bot mode (which is the equivalent of switching out Giant's or Herc's head and swapping the limbs). Still a triple-changer in my book.

Agreed. In fact, the 'cruiser mode' on the box looks like a fan mode more than anything else.

Great !!!! Now thats WTF Im talking about !!! I dont care if its an official or unofficial mode, but that is much better !!! Maybe the Macross mode was just some kind of alternate mode. Kind of like how the remainder of the Protector trailer had 2 different cannon modes.

Yeah, the top row is fairly obvious. The bottom not in the slightest. I remember someone teasing that there'd be an orange dune-buggy (so that'd be Sandstorm) but the rest I'm drawing a blank on.

The motorcycles could be the "Collectors" (aka the Junkions) they teased a long while back. They were also in Protector's story, if I remember corectly.

I heard the Wreck gar homage was done for, but that the other two were still good.

I think that comes from one of the later season shots of Broadside. It might be the last seasons of G1 here in the US or the Headmasters series from Japan. I remember seeing the red head, but I just cannot remember where. A quick Google Images search shows a screenshot with Ultra Magnus that I remember, which states it comes from Carnage in C-Minor. I believe that was G1 Season 3 in the US:

Yeah, you're probably right. I didn't have a big screen when I originally saw this image. Looks like RB and maybe the motorcycle bots-the characters in the sprue that Assulter comes with.
