Definitely not Tampa. I've noticed other cities getting figures before here for several years. Some figures that tend to be shortpacked don't even show up here at all. I'd say the more northern cities get the new figures first.

It may depend on the part of Tampa. Clearwater seems to get everything so fast. I just moved here and I'm stunned by how well stocked all the stores are.

Additionally, Jacksonville seems to get toys at least 2 weeks before Gainesville. So I'd say either Jacksonville or East Florida are the locations that get Transformers first.

I'm in palm beach gardens and I'm still looking for animated skywarp I really wanna get this figure in hand rather than ordering it online so I know what I'm getting in that the paints all good and the joints look tight.

i'm up in jacksonville and i was at 2 walmart stores during the wee hours of the morning sun/mon and tue/wed. they were stocked sun/mon at the store on 103rd. 11 cases total of unopened stock. i got the ic twins (sold them to a guy on tfw) then when i went to go out the 2nd night i saw devastator (supreme) x2 at walmart on normandy. i picked up another ic twins and the new robot heroes multipack scenes "battle for the allspark" and " battle of the fallen" they weren't even stocked. a cute chick who worked there went in the back and brought a few cases out to me so i could pick and choose. woo hoo

i got alot of pics when i went out... if anyone is interested i will post them up

TRU on US19 (Tacoma) in Port Richey had 2 jetfires in the front display earlier.
also found animated activators cliffjumper at kohls at little rd and ridge rd. today they had 2 I left 1 i would put it on the sighting page but we don't have kohls as a store option under florida.

i still haven't seen the ice cream twins yet i've found jolt, blazemaster, deadend,still no ice cream twins. They must be the 08 concept camaro bumblebee for this movie.

I also found the ic twins at the super walmart on S goldenrod and hoffner in Orlando. I left one as well. Just passing by and there it was...

Managed to pick up one of two leader primes for $35 at walmart. Combined with jetfire. Massive...

Alot of devastator combiners all over Orlando in all stores (Target, WalMart, TRUs), maybe 2 per store. No one really picking it up. Haven't run into bruticus yet...

Last weekend, found Ice Cream Twins, Jolt, and Long Haul at Kmart on State Rd. 54. Didn't/couldn't get any of them, though.

In Waterford lakes i found a couple of Longhauls in a super target and Gears which i have not seen in stores yet. Most Targets around Oviedo, Waterford, wintersprings have Bruticus and Gears(which i don't know if that is a big thing cause i have never seen them in stores before) I don't know if this helps...but i hope it does.

I'm not sure if this was out there yet, but I saw a walmart exclusive package of leader class prime and/or megatron sold with deluxe Camshaft... first time today... not sure if anyone is interested...

Also, I cant seem to figure out how to add a sighting on the sightings section. I see the part tat lets you pick the reigon, state, and store, but I never actually make it to a part that lets you put the number of figures remaining, comments, etc. How do you do this ?

Well Im down here In Miami and I only get my Transformers from the basic places. Wal-Mart, Toys-R-Us, Target, and occasionaly, K-Mart or Sears. I dont have any memberships to any special stores like "Sam's Club" and hobby stores just arent popular in urban areas as they might be in middle America. So if anybody knows any specialty shops where I may buy vintage G1 or used Japanese Transformers at reasonable prices within the Dade County, Broward County, or west Palm Beach area, please let me know. Thanks.

Miami's best shop (Anime Hurricane) moved years ago and disappeared... at least i never saw it again. They had the encores and wst. Broward has (or had) Tate's Comics. A friend told me that they're trying to revive the toy fair every saturday at the Mickosukee Casino. I can't go 'cause i work on saturdays. BTW, there are MP Skywarps galore at the Walmart on NW 13th street & Galloway (87th Ave)... off the 836. Oh yeah, after you select a region, a store chain,. and a location, it'll show you the products. After you make your selection, scroll to the bottom and you'll see a button that says "submit sighting(s)", and you're done.
