Megs, I'm not sure why you keep going back to this $300 price point. Others have shown you that the City Commander set with the add-on pieces isn't marked up like the original run of it is. Assuming you're in the US, follow this link, look at the bottom right of the page where the vendor is helpful in suggesting buying this + the Asian exclusive UM = $219.94.

Again, with the assumption you're in the US, shipping will be free if you choose this option. The completed Ultra Magnus will be roughly Ultra Class size and it's a damn good placement in someone's Classics collection. Just don't keep him posed with the BFG lifted it, it'll kill UM's arm joint.

Back on topic, no news yet regarding the FoC upgrade but considering the impish deluxe size of the OP/UM figure, I don't see this figure getting larger than Voyager. Still interested, but just because they haven't given an estimated release date doesn't mean the project has been abandoned.

They haven't even shown us a picture of the actual product, just a rough composition of the game art over the toy.

Oh Wow! I didnt see the option to buy both down there. So Ill get the whole thing for just over 200? Thats actually very reasonable for me.

I cant for the life of me understand why people will try to sell this set on ebay for 300 plus loose when you can get it new for 200.
Ebay was where I got that price. I have had to do Most my shopping fom ebay.

Anyway, yeah, I shop at TFSource a lot, they're pretty decent on selection and pricing and have great customer service.

LOL Until a few weeks ago I shopped almost exclusively at ebay. I know herc is comprised of voyager figures and that he goes for about 600. Thats why I was shocked to see make toys devestator for about the same on ebay.
Any time I go to the main places that seibertron supports they are sold out for loooong periods of time and if you arent fast youll miss their restocks.
I also need the insecticons by fans project. The best price I say on ebay was 350 not including shipping. I havnt found an online store with them in stock either but dont mind waiting for their restock.

I ordered it back in December. Still no news. The page says, back in January, that it was delayed. I really thought I'd have it by now.

Is it often that things are announced and available for preorder only to cave later? If so, How do you get a refund?
I love the price for the city commander in that link but if I can get this for fiftyish dollars then that would be even better!

I don't blame you in the slightest. This stuff runs expensive, nobody wants to spend that much without knowing what they're getting into.

So in your expert opinions, This thing has more than likely been nixed yeah?

No one here is an expert (to my knowledge), think of it more like... educated guesses.

In any case, never say never. Teaser images sometimes stew in the pot for a year before finally being realized. Only time will tell to be sure.
