I LOVE this stuff! I always want to know what reject and 2nd choice designs they have behind the scenes.
I also remember they have to present a top-three choice to Hasbro. Depending on which molds are available, they may get a different toy for the con. Hoping we may see some of those sketches as well.
Yeah, so keep this coming. It's super interesting, and gives us all great ideas for our own kitbashes.

Damn, I love Fangry so much that the first pic almost makes me forget how despicable I find Beast Machines. Has there ever been another character who was a full-blown anarchist, instead of just a chaotic nutcase? He really does deserve a toy with separate bat wings instead of a single shield that makes him look like Dr. Strange's dog. BW Fuzor Silverbolt is so close to being perfect for a repaint, but the eagle wings just wouldn't quite cut it.

I dunno about Fangry. I like the colors but want to stay away from the beast era. First Aid would be nice, but that mold has a Red Alert in almost the same colors. And then there was Kup. And they still insist on keeping that stupid blaster left arm instead of re-molding the oppisite hand.

Yeah, I hated the english version, If you want that series at it's full potential, you gotta watch it in japanese, with the true english subs. It's on youtube! Thats were I saw it!
But yeah, kinda like how we got an accelion toy AND a hotshot toy, even though accellion is the japanese name. He came out with Rodimus colors.
