Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin:
Successfully pulled off the Sanctuary Spell on Stella and Loretta. Now I'm attempting (Repeatedly, and, so far, unsuccessfully) to beat the Whip's Memory of it's last owner: Richter Belmont. Except he's apparently beefed himself up since I fought him as Alucard in Symphony of the Night. One shot from his whip can do well over 200 damage, and my best shots at him barely do over 60. And he's got 5000 hit points. To make matters worse, I spent all my money on healing items, which I pretty much exhausted in my fight with Death. Suckitude!
And I finally found out why there was such a huge gap in Belmonts between Richter and Julius. Eric directly referenced Aria of Sorrow by mentioning Dracula's demise in 1999. (Which was a major plot point in both Aria of Sorrow and Dawn of Sorrow) He said that The Belmonts couldn't use the whip until then. Who knew?

After being dropped off from a VTOL into the middle of a battlefield, had to clear out some AAA guns so my air-strike could take place. The first was mildly easy and only involved clearing out a small base and then using C4. The 2nd took some effort. I took a shortcut by hijacking a boat and crossing the harbor, after which I found a sewer line and swam into the center of the base. Surrounded by enemies, I pulled a Whack-a-mole on them (meaning I ducked in one hole and popped out another) until they were all dead. the 2nd AA gun went down thanks to my heavy artillery. Next up, the radar jammer on a Cruiser. Simply needed me to hop on board, shoot some enemies and turn off the jammer. Finally, called in an air strike and watched the cruiser sink slowly to the bottom of the harbor.

Decided to take a break from Castlevania to play...
Pokemon Diamond:
A lot has happened. I've gotten both a Lucario (A badass Steel/Fighting somethingorother) and Dialga. (The Creator of Time Itself)
I also got all eight Gym badges, so as soon as I feel like it, I'll be taking down the Elite Four.

Spent nearly two days straight on this (not kidding), so let's see if I can summarize. From the cruiser's destruction, moved on to the mining site. But to get there, I had to take the roundabout way and destroy another small enemy base so I could download data about enemy locations. From there, moved on to clear out the AA guns of a 3rd area, driving my Big-ass tank the whole way there.
Actually, that's a lie, my tank couldn't handle the firepower so I ditched and instead went cloaked carrying C4 to clear out the enemy tanks, AAA guns, and random enemies.
Once that was cleared out, continued on my path to the enemy's mining site. New level beings. Earthquakes start and we can see a mountain in the background crumbling to reveal a massive structure of non-human design. Another small base to destroy (I'm getting pretty good at this) and armed with a Guass rifle. After the small base came a HUGE one which took a lot more time to clear out. Personally I would've rather just landed somewhere else but apparently this location was the only available LZ. Took on a few more nano-suited enemies, stole a minigun and laid waste to my foes.
After this, it was a full on team assault on the mining site at the base of the aforementioned mountain. While my troops took on the soldiers, I snuck into the mine and worked my way downwards, eventually finding the hostage and the Korean Leader but getting blindsided by their cloaked soldiers. Luckily for me, another tremor freed me to reboot my own suit and I took on the Korean Leader one-on-one. AFter killing him, me and the hostage hit the freight elevator.

After spending the last 2 days straight playing this with my friends (4-day new years' part that's still ongoing), I decided to try my hand at the expert set again. New discovery, I still suck...
The one and Raining blood elude my grasp on hard. As for expert, I'm able to at least complete every song up to the Japanese tour. Surprisingly, I'm not too worried about this set. Again, it's the Lou's inferno area songs that will haunt me forever.

Wherever Fettel goes, he brings death and Replica soldiers with him. Man, does it feel good to take them down!
UT3 [PC]:
Cleared the Campaign mode. Story is pretty bad, as expected, but it's a welcome departure from the usual 'play your way through the tournament.' Ending was crap, unless if it leads to episodic content in the Bonus Packs. I'd love if the Bonus Packs gave additional chapters.
Anyway, I did get some cool screenshots from the ending cutscene (you can see them at my Xfire page if you're interested). Oh, and Jester's totally hot.
Half-Life 2: Deathmatch [PC]:
Trying to increase my HLstats, but I suck, so it's hard. I was a little over 2,000 last time I played (not bad for a first timer), but despite kicking some ass and getting on Rampages and Dominating (I love the Unreal sounds and achievements in my favourite server), I ended up under 2000 points since a) I suck and b) the opponents were good.
Oh, and I got some interesting reactions to my spray logo.

Hopelessly grinding. 62.69% (giggity) through Level 47. Groan. There really should be more ways to level up instead of constantly racing, doing time trials, driving across the entire effing island or doing those annoying chases...

Levelled up, hurray! Still deciding on how to spend my money. Well, that and saving the eff up. I'm still smegged off at these outrageous prices. 16.5k for the Echo Blaster? BS!
It's cool that they've put in new parts but it sucks that they cost R/L $. Granted, $5 is enough for a full mech (including booster) and Repair points cost 30 cents! Wow, REASONABLE prices in an online game? Didn't see that one coming.

Beat Andrew Ryan to death with a golf club, mostly because he said "Would you kindly?" but I think I wanted to do it as well. Then Atlas revealed himself as Fontaine, and tried to blow me up. I was saved, remarkably, by the Little Sisters. Then I fell into a hole, because is was dark, and one of them didn't say "Oh, watch out for that hole."
I woke up in an area full of rescued Little Sisters, and apparently, some of the Trigger Phrases had been removed by Dr. Tennenbaum. Fontaine was a little shocked when the phrase "Would you kindly go get stepped on by a Big Daddy?" didn't work.

With the exception of Raining Blood and the one, I can honestly say I've completed all the songs in hard difficulty. That includes through the fire and the flames. It's not expert, I know, but that's still an achievement.

Cleared the Dusty Dune galaxy with 6 stars, leaving only the Bowser level for the Bedroom observatory. Got the 3rd green star and unlocked the trial galaxies, which I then completed. Up to about 64 stars (I forgot the actual number already)

BioShock:
Got several of the pieces to make a Big Daddy Suit. All that's left is the helmet.
F.E.A.R.:
Rescued Alice Wade (Who was hotter than I expected), now I'm kicking ass and taking names in Auburn City. The Particle Gun is SO GODDAMN AWESOME.
Spider-Man 3:
Finished off both Lizard and Kraven. Then, after fighting Morbius, I have to take down Shriek, who is Morbius' wife, another Vampire, and also has a Symbiote similar to the Black Suit. Huzzah.
New Super Mario Bros.:
Cleared World 7, which means I've beaten all Eight worlds. Now to get started on those secret areas!

I love the smell of Replica soliders' flesh melting from their bones in a cloud of blue flames in the morning.

Super Mario Galaxy
Cleared the Bedroom observatory galaxies by defeating Bowser yet again. This netted me enough stars to fly to the center of the universe to collect Peach, but I won't just yet because I still have an entire observatory to go (talk about making this too easy, oi!).
Started the gold leaf galaxy and found a secret star on my first trip in just by exploring. the bubbles seemed too obvious. I will admit that Cataquack attack is surprisingly fun, despite all the hell those little duck-billed bastards put me through in mario Sunshine. Took a side-trip to the bonus BoneFin galaxy to fight an Undead shark and his Torpedo Ted-like mini-versions. Up to 71 stars.

F.E.A.R.:
Having another hallucination, I decided, just for kicks, to fire the pistol I had a Fettel. Imagine my surprise when it actually killed him! I imagined something much more...dramatic.
Finished this, so I moved onto:
F.E.A.R.: Extraction Point:
Going through a warehouse with Holiday (Sgt. Johnson voice is WIN!), where he gets to experience the wackiness of my everyday life firsthand.
Spider-Man 3:
Forced off the symbiote, and then...Eddie Brock got it?! Who saw that coming!
I'm in the final fight with Sandman and Venom. Unfortunately, my PSP keeps freezing in the first part, against Sandman. Phooey!

GTA San Andreas [PC]:
Finished the 'Wrong Side of the Tracks' job. That one pissed me off. Freakin' fatass Smoke can't aim for smeg. I also stole the rhyme book from Mad Dog (lulz.), and right now I'm just chillin, rollin' on bustas, boostin' mah respekt and weapon skillz.

I loved playing GTA:SA. Sandbox was never as much fun as when you could grab an army Apache Helicopter and use it for vigilante missions. Those "criminals" never saw what hit them... up until I hit the wrong button and jumped out of my vehicle at 2000 feet up. Whoopsy.

Note to self: always pack a 'chute! I picked up a parachute from that building on the edge of Downtown Los Santos. You can go to the roof on a bike/motorcycle, and jumping off the building on the bike is always fun, as long as you land and get the Insane stunt!
GTA San Andreas [PC]:
Cleared the Doberman mission. Currently working on taking over territory and dating Denise to get that pimp suit.
