Final Fantasy IV: The After years
Started the game and led Ceodore through the Adamant isle cave to earn the knight's emblem and earned the 'awaken' ability. After returning to the airship, our ride home was interrupted by a massive monster attack. After routing the first wave, our perspective switched to King Cecil at Baron castle.
Cecil ran around the castle fighting off monsters on his own. After a while, Queen Rosa joins him. Soon after, the court engineer, cid joins them. Considering I'm quickly running out of castle to explore, I'm thinking a boss battle is imminent.

It'd be funny if it turns out the Ganondorf counterpart is actually a really nice guy, like the Twinrova sisters.

Attempted the Kafei/Anju sidequest. I was actually doing really good, but I messed up part of the Sun mask puzzle. Now I think I'm going to go back and try to get as many masks as possible which, I think, is most of them.

Anyone else picturing Ganondorf replacing the Goron who's room you steal? Or, just for fun, why not have Ganon's arm be the one coming out of the hotel toilet? :-?

I think any Ganondorf cameo would have been awesome enough.

Final Fantasy IV: The After years
Cecil, Rosa, and Cid had to fight off a monster attack but all seemed hopeless. Cecil gives the command for Cid and Rosa to flee to safety. He is then struck down by Bahamut, controlled by an unnamed summoner. This same summoner then proceeds to cause havoc elsewhere as we see signs of ill omen around the world, including the 2nd moon reappearing and the tower of babel returning.
Switching back to Ceodore, the Red Wing ship has been too heavily damaged and goes down. Only Ceodore survives ("Biggs! Wedge! Nooo!). Ceodore decides to return to Baron. He is immediately attacked by monsters but saved by a hooded man. The hooded man joins me and we find our way to Mysidia. There, the white mage Porom offers her help. She cannot leave the town but has a white mage and black mage join accompany us to our journey. We take the 'Devils road' back to Baron, not really reaching any bosses but fighting a gauntlet of enemies just the same.
In Baron, we find that all is peaceful as Cecil had apparently managed to single-handedly defeat the monsters. :-?

Oddly, we couldn't get into the castle. You'd think the guards would recognize the prince but that didn't happen. Instead, we took a secret underground route to the castle's waterways, sneaking in and finding it oddly deserted except for mindless guards and a king who seemed unusually stern. Realizing we weren't getting anywhere here, we left. Cecil then gave the command for his soldiers to take us down. Seeing the troops coming, we high-tailed it to Myst.

Attempted to save the Romani Ranch cows from aliens. Unfortunately, I failed, and the aliens took off with the cows...and Romani. Whoops. I think I'll have to try that one again...

Fallout
Mostly just roaming around. Returned to Shady sands and found that Tandi had been captured by Raiders. Stormed the Raider camp and rescued her, returning her to Shady sands. From there, finally made the trip to Vault 15. Explored the place fully but saw no sign of a water chip. sigh...
With only 63 days left to save my people, I'm heading off to the Necropolis.

Fallout
I seem to be dragging my ass far too long. I finally reached the Necropolis and found everyone dead (redundant, when you think about it) and super mutants overrunning the place. Met a mutant named Harry who dragged me to see his boss, who then tortured me repeatedly. I withheld the vault's location and got thrown into a cell. Okay, what now?

Fallout
Decided not to take the straight-to-mariposa path and instead did my best to kill the super mutants that were controlling the Necropolis. Using a reverse whack-a-mole method, fired distanced shots at the mutants than backed away to a sewer. Came up another sewer and repeated until all the mutants were dead. With that taken care of, repaired the Necropolis' water pumps (too late for the residents but easy XP for me) and descended to Vault 12. Dispatched a few glowing ones and found the water chip, which I then returned to my vault.
Hooray! I'm done. I'm... wait, what? I'm being sent outside to investigate the mutant population's rise? Oy vay...

Final Fantasy IV: The After Years
GAME.OVER! sadly...
won't spoil the details other than saying that my initial guess of the hooded man's identity was dead-on. As for the rest, well, let me put it this way.
WTF! EPISODIC CONTENT!?
I really should have read the fine print when I downloaded this. I thought I was getting a full game. Nope, instead I just get the first three 'chapters'. Bah!

Prototype:
Playing a friend's copy on another friend's 360. Saved a bunch of people, including one who is apparently the villain. In return, half of NYC is being taken over by a Zerg-esque virus. So now I'm instead killing people, in ways that are either bloody, hilarious, or, very rarely, both.

Prototype:
As the infection spreads and my own sweet powers grow...someone decides to inject me with a parasite that undoes most of my powers (Disguises, super jumps, and gliding still work, everything else went down the crapper). So I dd a long string of events leading to me consuming a Leader Hunter, regaining my powers, and also netting me my Armored Form, as well as my blade arm. Unfortunately, then another leader Hunter kidnaps Dana. After a considerably long hunt, I ended up fighting a Supreme Hunter, literally coughed out by Elizabeth Green, who, like Alex, has abilities stemming from the virus. Afterwords, Blackwatch, the military group that I'm willing to bet was named after Blackwater, begins testing Bloodtox, an anti-virus that kills the infection...I think I'll have to explain to them that while I'm okay with killing all the crazy monsters, I'm not cool with being killed.

Unfortunately, since I'm no longer near my friend's Xbox or my other friend's Xbox, this will be all I can do for a while.

Just beat Bully scholarship edition for the 360. I played it a few years ago on the PS2 but it's an okay game.

Just got to the island place in Ghostbusters. Decent game but to be honest it wouldn't be worth playing without the Ghostbuters licence.

Ghostbusters: The Video Game:
After a big burst of PK energy, Slimer escaped, and we had to track him down. Shortly after, we were confronted by what Winston described as "Big, soft, white, and you're not gonna like it" Mr. Stay Puft. After putting the Destructor down (Which the guys noted was much easier than last time) we investigated the New York Public Library...it seems like they would have caught the Librarian sooner. After a quick romp in the Ghost World, now we have to fight out way through the Gozer Exibit.

Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes:
BEATEN! Okay, I don't feel right about that. I got MGS: Twin Snakes, 2, 3 and 4, and I wanted to play them all in order. Unfortunately, my Gamecube memory card went missing (My original PS2 memory card turned up, several months later than I'd have liked, but still...), so I kind of had to rush it. I skipped a lot of cutscenes, which is like cutting out all the best parts of any movie. Okay, I watched a few, but I didn't want to leave my Wii on all night (First person to make the obvious joke gets to take their face home in a jar).

Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty:
Luckily I didn't misplace my PS2 card(s), so I can savor this one. I'm probably one of the most bizarre people on Earth when i say that not only was this A) my first Metal Gear and B) One of my favorites, but I even like Raiden, and I understand the ending. (Which I think qualifies me for Mensa...or Crazy Larry's Home of the Insane) Just KO'd Olga.

Also, Otacon's attempts to mimic Mei Ling's philosophy telling is hilarious. "Okay... There's a saying that goes "Even a bird on high dies a glutton's death, as do the fish of The Deeps." The lesson is -- er, don't be greedy. The fish that belonged to a family called the Deeps died from overfeeding, and so did a bird that got high on something -- probably fermented fruit."

Ghostbusters: The Video Game:
After cleaning out the Gozer Exhibit, we headed back to Sedgewick after learning about the Mandala, a method for creating Destructors like Gozer, built by, who else, Ivo Shandor. (Who, in case the reference was too obscure, built 55 Central Park West with the intent of summoning Gozer, among, as the gang finds out, many many other architectural feats made to destroy everything ever) After clearing that out, killing the Spider Queen. (A woman who Shandor had hired to lure men to their deaths and, after her own, was made into a half-human, half-spider hybrid by Shandor) From there, Shandor's Personal island, which happened to rise out of the Hudson River.

Fallout
Having re-entered the wasteland, began my search for the source of the mutants. Went to the hub and met Harold, a familiar face from Fallout 3. He was interesting but didn't help my quest much. While there, met the circle of thieves. They promised to let me join if I steal from a man named Hightower. Unfortunately, I killed him earlier as a job for the Maltese Falcon owner and his bodyguards attack me on sight. Having no luck there, went south to the remains of LA, in a small town run by the Regulators. their mayor asked me to kill the leader of a band called the Blades. When I met the Blades' leader, she convinced me she was a good guy and the regulators were the problem. Got a holodisc for my trouble but now i need to speak with the Gun runners. Unfortunately that's on the opposite end of a Deathclaw nest. joy...

Prototype
got betrayed, beat a boss, got stuck with an inhibitive serum that robbed me of my powers.

My save had apparently been undone. However, after reloading the game, it seems to be back to normal. I've never seen that before, a game being un-erased after reloading it. Unfortunately, my Spirit Guide didn't quite make it, and now I have no entries.

Prototype
Met with the only non-corrupt doctor in town and escorted him to an overrun lab so he could examine some infected corpses in the hope that he could cure my de-powering infection. While there, defended him from an onslaught of infected troops. He finished his research and I cleared out the rest of the infected... Until a gigantic tentacle emerged from the ground. :shock:

Um... RUUUUUUN!
Escorted the doctor back to his lab. mission accomplished but lets hope it was enough time for him to find a cure.

Metal Gear Solid 3 Subsistence:
Finally, got the stealth camo by finishing the game with 0 kills/0 Alerts. Went through the entire game last summer looking for those little frogs; thought I had gotten all of them until I finished the game and found to my dismay that I must have missed one somewhere.... :BANG_HEAD:

Anyway, doing the 0/0 thing is a much easier route.

Made it back to, and it's been a year already so don't complain, Shadow Moses. Best yet, since almost all enemies are mechanical, I can use all the fancy guns I never got a good chance to use. (I go for as few kills as possible)

The good doctor came through and provided me with a cure. All I needed to do was inject a hunter, let him roam, then consume him. Simple, eh? Got my powers back, which is cool. Got the Blade power, which is sweet. Got a suit of Armor, which is... KICKASS! Didn't expect that bonus.

Ghostbusters: The Video Game:
BEATEN! Sent a certain psychotic architect back to the grave by crossing the streams. ("I never thought I'd have to say this twice...cross the streams!") The world is saved, Peter gets the girl (As usual) and as for me, the guys decided that, seeing as how ghost sighting are probably going to slow down, they don't need a fifth man. The Rookie is then given a choice of setting up a franchise in Cincinnati, LA, or Chicago.

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots:
Edging further along into Shadow Moses. Currently in a big open snowfield where I'm certain no one will try to snipe me. :wink:
