Only one special job away from fully re-establishing the Thieves guild. Decided to move on and accept the Dark BrotherHood's invitation. I'm now a member and have since completed my first 3 assignments. On returning, found that a traveling Jester (Locust's long lost family?) had delivered a special package. This immediately caused waves as no one in the brotherhood seemed to care. i sense a power struggle.
Outside of the major quests, met a man named Froki who challenged me to defeat Guardian spirits as a tribute to Kyne. Killed 7 different spirits with ease and earned his praise ad his bow.
Ran into a pair of adventurers outside a temple. Joined them on their way in and got a new word shout. At the same time, defeated a dragon priest. While savoring my victory, one of the pair betrayed the rest of us and I had to put him down. And not just verbally.
Up to 15 stones of Barenziah.
Next up on Pimp My Jeager.

I never worried about the stones. And after looking up the reward, it just seems like more trouble than it's worth. You get a perk that lets you find more gems inside of chests. Yippee.

Star Trek Online:
Captain's Log, Stardate...well, Earthdate, June 17th. I don't know Stardate, but that might be because I've gotten to second base with a woman.

Hit the rank of Captain, and did a group mission to take down jerkwads from the evil alternate universe where everyone has a beard. Turns out, a great way to make experience, I got two levels in under an hour. Got a sweet new ship; doesn't exactly turn on a dime but it hits hard and can take a beating twice as brutal.

Hit a Romulan space station that they used to reverse engineer Borg tech. (Nero's ship from the '09 movie? It was made from that, and it curbstomped an entire fleet before going back in time) next up, more violence against Romulans.

I'm not actively searching for them, but I seem to keep running into them.

The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim
Following the Dark Brotherhood quests. A noble wedding was cut short when the Groom suddenly decided to take a sword to his bride (reports of a nightingale using subterfuge are unfounded). Returned to the sanctuary and took on some more contracts. On returning, found that our local Jester had gone made and nearly felled a fellow argonian. Tracked him down to an abandoned sanctuary. Was supposed to kill him, but I found a set of Jester clothes that removed my urge to kill, so I left him alive. Moved on to the next quest, which involves tracking down an unknown celebrity and assuming his identity. Got a chef to give up his name (and his own life)and tracked the celebrity Chef. BAM! knocked him.... about 3 steps passed unconscious.

Otherwise, managed to help Aela track down a 2nd totem. Ran through 2 more Nordic ruins, one of which had a treasure hunter seeking a family tree document. Got 2 more shouts.

Up to 7 Dragon priest maps. The wikis tell me the last is locked to a later storypoint so I'll get back to that later.

Star Trek Online:
Captain's Log Stardate--this is getting boring.

Hit level 50, and the rank of Vice Admiral. So far, there is no rank higher. Unlocked the Odyssey class starship (Same basic design as the Enterprise, but all sleek and future-y) which no, I didn't buy ($25 for an in-game item? Team Fortress 2 couldn't sell me that and I love TF2 waaaaaaaaaay more than this) but I'd been saving it since that event when they were giving them, out for free.

Also I saved the Tribbles from being wiped out by the Klingons. That was fun.

God this game is purely nostalgia. It's also frikkin hard! My god, theres this part at the end of level 1 were there's this massive jump you need to do. Why? It's so hard to make sometimes. Ive made it a couple times, only to go a bit farther and run into some ugly mutated monster that was damn near un beatable (I didnt have any items) Well, back to level one I guess...Why make a good game like this, then have it marred by a one life-restart sytem?

It's been a few years, I'll get the hang of it eventually...

Burnout Paradise
The appeal here really IS in online play... you can only squeeze so much out of single player before just saying "Screw it, Ima go play God of War again" It sucks not having a wireless connection. Anyways, if you let the cars on your "shut down to own list" Grow into a massive number, you'll have lots of random AI cars driving around, and thats fun for a while I guess. If you take one down though, you own it, so theres no point then to aadd a little unpredictability to your single player game.

Diablo [PC]:
Oldschool is the best school.

Got to level 21 or 22 on my Warrior. 14th floor of the labyrinth, I think. Finished some sweet Quests. Most recently was the Anvil of Fury. So I now have Griswold's Effing Edge. Hell yes.

Game's running flawlessly on my WinXP virtulization.

Halo: Reach [360]:
Reached (gahhh, that was unintentional) the rank of Captain. Won't be playing multiplayer again for a while.

Crackdown [360]:
Got about 50 of the Agility Orbs. Agility level 2, everything else is at one except explosives, which is only at 1. Took out 3 of the generals.

Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis [PC]:
Great SCUMM Engine game, or greatest SCUMM Engine game?
Got the Lost Dialogue of Plato. Going to get started on the Team path.

I know I should feel bad about this, but I paid $2.50 and regret doesn't start until at least the $5 mark.

As Alex D, in particular, Lady Alex (When given the option, I tend to play as females more) got kicked out of the apartment by...a bunch of crazy religious nuts, the Order. (Took them weeks of effort to come up with that name, huh?) Now I have to pick between the guys I was already working/being a lab rat for, Tarsus, or some group that hates both the Order and Tarsus.

Not even an hour in, come on.

Also, I don't like how a transition to a new area requires the game to close and reload. Seems kind of unnecessary to me.

So I beat Batman Arkham Asylum And got the platinum trophy in a week. Because back when I had a 360, I beat it without looking up any help at all of the game and got all of the achievements. The game was that easy. But of coarse my 360 had to get the red ring so I got a PS3 afterwards. And when I got Batman for that, I got the platinum trophy in a week because I knew where everything was. Now Arkham City. OH My God!! That took me a few months because there were so many hidden Riddler stuff, the extreme levels were hard and not to mention the extreme levels on the campaign with the certain settins that made it harder. And plus I played other games as well. But I finally have the platinum trophy for that and the trophies for the Harley Quinns Revenge DLC. Now I'm just trying to get the trophies for doing all the levels with Robin, Catwoman and Nightwing Just so I can get 100% of the trophies for it.

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword:
Cleared Faron Woods, but apparently my Princess was in another Temple. Phooey. Now I'm doing the Earth Temple, which could just as easily been called the Fire Temple but I'm not going to start a thing over it.

In other news, Zelda fans, have a listen to this and prepare to have your mind blown out the back of your skull.

Batman: Arkham City:
Did toooooooons of stuff. Found Ra's al Ghul and gave him a few extra bruises for the Lazarus Pit to clear up. Also finished up the Bane sidequest. You know, we were a really, really great team until it turned out he was still a psychotic druggie in a luchadore mask.

When I first heard about it, they told me if you play the Ballad of the Goddess backwards, you can hear Zelda's Lullaby. I was not prepared, though, to find out that was an understatement. my mind was so blown I still haven't fully recovered.

Batman: Arkham City:
BEATEN! ...sort of. I still have a ton of sidequests to finish up; Riddler, Zsasz, Deadshot, Azrael, not to mention getting Catwoman's stuff back. I also got Harley Quinn's Revenge, which I beat as well. Plus the tons and tons of Easter Eggs which, according to the developers, a large number of still haven't been found by players.

EDIT: Can't believe I forgot this:

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword:

I thought this was common knowledge by now :P

So my Borderlands file got corrupted somehow. I honestly have NO explanation as to how either. I didnt do anything harmful to it or in it, I didnt turn it off while it was saving, I never do that to any of my games. So now I'm starting over.
AGAIN!

Borderlands
Just met Shep Sanders in the arid badlands, going to go get the mine key. I'm playing as Mordokai this time around. I forgot why he was my favorite character, now I remember. It's because he's got all the best upgrades. More damage for critical hits, better accuracy for all weapons, etc. To make up for my file being corrupted, I made it up to lvl 15 in just a few hours. Replaying it's not as bad as I thought it would be, but I lost alot of bitchin guns...

I didn't find out about it until a few days ago, before that all I knew about Skyward Sword is how it ties into the other games.

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword:
Met the Friendliest Demon and agreed to help him become human. Dropped down to the Lanayru Mining Facility, which I opened up because I have to get to the Temple of Time.

And if I've learned anything, the Temple of Time is where, historically speaking, **** gets real.

Even Borderlands knows you shouldn't be playing Borderlands, but you just won't take the hint.
Not a hater, just not a fan even after beating it. Maybe it loses something when played 100% singleplayer.

The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim
Okay, moving towards wrap-up. Explored two caves I hadn't hit yet, one had the Helm of Yngol and the other had a shout. Ignoring the Brotherhood quests since they are now an infinitely repeating radiant quest and I've done everything I wanted to do with them.
Took a look at my equipment and preferred playstyle, and decided to finish the game in my old DragonScale armor (hand-crafted). Found I could upgrade them further than when I last used them. Dawnbreaker would be my preferred sword but I don't have the skills to upgrade it, so I'm sticking with Chillrend for now.
Just got the mission to repair the white phial.
Found Alduin's wall in the old Blades fortress.
Met with the Greybeards and got the clear skies shout.
Met their illusive leader, who's identity I will not spoil. Just got sent to find the location of an Elder Scroll.
Next up on Pimp My Jeager.

I played it 100% singleplayer, and I loved every second of it.

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword:
BEATEN! It shall be remembered, for leaving me with a debilitating case of the Feels, and also carpal tunnel. Demise fought well, truly he was a worthy foe. I don't consider Ghirahim a worthy foe because he kept doing that lip-licking thing.

It's a hell of a bittersweet ending, though. Sure, the day is saved and every lives happily ever after, but Demise ensures the existence and continuing resurrection of Ganondorf--the closest the Big G gets to appearing in this game--Fi fades into an eternal sleep inside the Master Sword, just after admitting that the time she spent with Link made her happy, her first emotion, Impa refuses to return to the present with the rest of the gang, but when they arrive in their own time, they find out she was there all along...and promptly dies in front of them.

Ouch.

Borderlands knows you should play more Borderlands. Also, no fun allowed, etc.

Hyperfixxed.

Saints Row [360]:
They sure improved a lot in the second one, that's for sure. Just took out the record company building and did the pushback to reclaim the area.

Brutal DOOM [PC]:
This is delicious. It takes DOOM so far past 11 that your head will spin and RIP AND TEAR its way off your neck. Kicks so much ass that I'm tempted to shoot up a high school. Zing! Too soon?

Playing co-op survival with no respawning on Ultra-Violence, with the new randomly-placed monsters. Started a new DOOM 1 game with Brutal DOOM. Went to Episode 1's secret level. Now in the Phobos Lab, which is hard as hell, appropriately enough.

How can you dislike? Even after having to restart, it's still fun dammit!

Just met Crazy Earl. When I play again on monday, gonna go kill the intuders. But enough about that.

I just got these AWESOME Revolvers.
Niether are as cool as the Patton, but for my level, this one is practically the equivilant. It only holds 2 bullets, but it reloads fast. I dont remember the name, but it can take down Bruisers at my level (26) In four shots. 3 if all of them hit the head :D

But my favorite of the two is the "Pestilent Defiler" Every shot off is an explosian of acid!

I've melted many a face with this little handgun.

So, Question time. What in sam hell does Wee-wee's super booster do?

The Pestilent Defiler is my sweet little baby. I've had one on Lilith ever since my first one dropped, and I've gone through a dozen different variations of it since then. Goes great with Phasewalk and Phoenix.

You wont regret that decision!
So, um...About Wee-Wee's Super Booster?
Besides being a rather weak shield, what does it do?

It's an orange-level revolver with x4 Corrosive damage and the tag "Give Sick." And it got me through half the game in style. It's kind of the sister gun to the Combustion Hellfire. (An incendiary SMG, which is held in equally high regard)

I have a Combustion Hellfire and I love the crap out of it. Recently found an orange-level acid SMG, but I've forgotten the name/stats. So I'm basically using those two as my mains with Sledge's boomstick for Phoenix-powered point-blank deflowering. Fourth slot depends on the mission/terrain/monsters.
