pre Armageddon Al Simmons Spawn only no zombie spawn (with axe and well chains)
Unlimited Necroplasm and Hellfire plus rememver ghost rider can heal by Chnageing to and back from Johnny Blaze. Spawn is well healable using necroplasm so who is

You rarely ever see Spawn vs. threads anymore because Spawn beat God and Satan at the same time. So he wins all the time.

yes the Spawn and or Spawns without the hell prefix have souls even Gunslinger Spawn but anyway recently the original spawn which i have spoke of has been corrupted finally into an evil ultimate spawn known as omega spawn!

with ghost rider it always boils down to if he can get his penance stare to work. if so then Spawn would be crying like a baby and Ghosty could just curb stomp his ass.
However if not then Ghost rider's got no chance.
