Awesome figure, rubbish paint apps. Not that they're messy - they're just wrong. Also, people complain about him only only having one hand so I fixed that and separated his index fingers from the others on his left hand.

Very nice, especially the weathering / battle scars effect! Really makes it seem more real.

Great weathering work! Have you considered doing the leg mod for HA BB to get a more movie accurate look?

Love the paint job! What kind of paint did you use? I bought a HA Bee yesterday and I painted all the metal parts, but now I feel like I have to do the WHOLE toy so it can be good as good as yours.

Although I think I want to get some yellow enamel paint and redo the car and make it look new and shiny. I hate that plastic look.

Anyways I REALLY REALLY recommend the mod. I almost didn't buy this figure because of the way the legs looked. If you look at some of the detail from movie Bumblebee, it fits better switched.

Also the upper leg guards are more accurate in the flipped version as well. The tire hub is supposed to face towards the outside, and not the inside like it comes in toy. My pic didn't come through showing that so no pic sorry.

It looks like the prototype was originally switched which is why I think it looks better.

The toy transforms just fine with the switch.

Sorry to argue against you, but what you did looks so awesome, and I think the legs look so stupid that way.

Aww I haven't seen TF2 for a while, and the pic i pulled is old.

The differences will make our toys our own ^_^

The leg mod is pretty easy to do although I did it wrong the first time :oops:

Transform into robot mode and rotate the hip so you can reach the two screws in the back under the hood window. Undo those screws, and put them in Sam's hand so you don't loose them, heh. Then you pull the piece off and the front crotch piece and switch them around. Keep the legs as they are otherwise the upper leg guard won't be in the right spot. I donno, I did something weird the first time. Screw it back into place and your done.

The only issue after that is you have to learn a special way to rotate the hips around otherwise there's a clearance issue. I'm still new at transforming it so it takes me forever and I haven't found the sweet spots yet. I still can't get the head out without popping it off because of clearance, to my dismay my husband has no problems with it.

The problem with HA BB's head clearance during transformation arises when the hood is first bent and then you try to swivel the head up. How I transform BB is I disengage the front windshield from the hood(plastic tabs at the corners of the windshield help hold it to the hood) and also the section of the hood that covers BB's head. Now with the hood still level, I push BB's head up and it has perfect clearance and swivels up easily.
