So many to choose from. Eh- The entire Godzilla V. Biollante flick. Any of the Heisei movies, actually. Godzilla's best era.

Hmm, not sure I agree, but to each their own. Biollante and Destroyah are two of my favorite Godzilla movies. Space Godzilla though, one of the weakest.
Ironically, I just got done watching Final Wars! It's not one of Godzilla's greatest, but it is stupid awesome. The Ebirah fight is extremely unique, Angurius makes his come back and rolling up into a ball is a cool power, Godzilla blasting off Gigan's head, Gigan slicing off his own head, Burning Mothra, Godzilla's display of power against Zilla, the Return of the Jedi homage to down the shields, Rodan sonic booming through New York, Gotengo vs. Manda, Kamacurus getting piked on an electrical tower, Kumonga getting thrown away, and just the overall feel of destruction. Final Wars, what a party!!

As for Godzilla's 60th birthday and the Legendary film...atomic breath down the female MUTO. The finding of the male MUTO eating the submarine. Godzilla as an actual hero(for some reason). The soldiers shooting at the female MUTO and getting squashed on the dock. Then there was..um....

Few more scattered ones:
Mothra shooting silk at King Ghidorah while on Rodan's back in Ghidorah: The Three headed Monster. Great film there.
The battle in Godzilla vs. Gigan. Saved an otherwise lackluster film. Really felt like Godzilla was about to be killed, and the music was very somber, enhancing it more. Also, Anguirus catapult!!!
Battra in Godzilla and Mothra: Battle for Earth. Both the underwater scuffle, and the tag team with Mothra to defeat Godzilla. Battra's awesome.
The black hole cannon in Godzilla vs. Megaguirus. A Black. Hole. Cannon.
The Super X and Super X-2. Nifty ideas.
Godzilla's flying kick in Godzilla vs. Megalon. 'Nuff said.

Godzilla v. Megaguirus. The moment he stings and Godzilla intercepts... had the room cheering.

I really need to see Godzilla Vs. Biollante, one of my favorite designs.
But, as stupid as Godzilla Jr. was in Mechagodzilla II and Space Godzilla, his death scene in Destroyah always brings a few tears to my eye. Shows what wonders can be done with suit actors, even back then.

Absolutely. Even if the action and general filming was stolen from the Matrix fight scenes, it was still damn awesome.
Plus I loved the scene where Godzilla blew away Hedorah. It's a pity he was never mentioned or shown in the entire film except for that moment, I would've liked to see more of that suit.

Oh yes. That was one of my favorite films, I sincerely regret selling my collection of the films.
Obviously I don't have one on hand and I don't have time right this moment to look it up, but wasn't there a scene where Megaguirus lands on her/his back and looks up with it's eyes bugging out as Godzilla either tail whips, unleashes his breath, or jumps on him/her?
Though I could've honestly done without G-Force. Sorry, but that was a ridiculous name.

Yeah, that was pretty sad

On a somewhat related Godzilla note, anyone ever notice that Bumble, The Abominable Snow Man:

kinda looks like Kong from King Kong Escapes?
http://www.tohokingdom.com/kaiju/images/king_kong67.htm (Toho Kingdom apparently doesn't like hot-linking).
King Kong escapes was a co-production with Rankin-Bass, so maybe Toho liked certain elements of Bumble and used that as a basis And I read on the internet/heard on a commentary that Eiji Tsubaraya(spelling) never wanted to scare children, so that's why Kong never looked as horrifying as he did in 1933.
