I bought him in Robot mode, I transformed him to vehicle mode after takeing him out of the packageing, and he's been in vehicle mode sence then. All of my other figures I've transformed more times than I can care to count. Movie Megatron has only been Transformed ONCE the entire time I've had him. That was maybe a year ago.
Yeah, I transformed him today too(not for the first or last time), and remembered how unweildy it is. There's just no fluid method, you kinda have to force everything in place ya know. I also found out his jet nose extends! Did not know that.
I just took a look at mine and the jet nose is exstended on mine allready. I don't remember if I did that or if it came that way.
Beast Wars TM II Megatron is another pain. The parts just seem to have a tendency to hit each other while transforming.
He's not really difficult so much as annoying. I'd recomend just playing around with him a bit till you can do it without hitting anything.
I actully got mine without the instructions included so I had to figure out his transformation on my own and it really didn't take me long. That's preddy much my defining factor is what qualifies as difficult for me. Anything I can't figure out without looking at instructions.
I allso had issues with G1 Devistator because the one I bought didn't include instructions and his picture on the packageing was backwords so for the longest time I was trying to figure out how to hook his left arm and leg onto his right side and vice versa. If he'd been any of the 5 piece combiners they're interchangeable but Devistator doen't have any interchangeable parts. It wasn't till I noticed an exsposed cockpit on one shoulder from the torso was on the wrong side in the picture that I realized it was backwards then I quickly found the pegs to connect the arms and legs.
