Seibertron wrote:Thanks to fellow Seibertronian Daniel Oon, we now have pictures of the upcoming Transformers Platinum Edition "Seeker Squadron" 3-Pack of the Conehead Seekers with Thurst, Dirge and Ramjet. Daniel found the set at an Isetan store in Singapore which was priced at $109.90 SGD (approximately $78.89 USD). The appeal of this set, beside the amazing artwork that graces the front of the packaging, is that this is the first reissue of Thrust and Ramjet since the Collector's Edition packaged versions which were sold at Jaf-Con 10 in July 2001. Dirge was last reissued as part of Hasbro's Commemorative Series 11 years ago back in 2004. This news was sent to us via the Seibertron.com Facebook page.
Have you found this set at a local store near you? If so, please report your sightings in our sightings forum or in our official sightings section.

The same thing was done to previous G1 toy reissues from Hasbro, like Perceptor back in 2009.

And that's a good price. I was afraid they were going to be monstrously expensive.
Now, where is Trypticon?
Keep in mind that this is the Singapore price. I would expect the price to be more expensive here in the US.

So that's why i'm shocked at the price of the coneheads.

I will happily pat 130 CAD for this set
fenrir72 wrote:Just like the others I only got the Dirge re-issue. Now, if only Hasbro could re-issue "Artfire" (heard a few years back that it was in the short list)
We love them for different reasonsShockwave7 wrote:It's not until I look at the G1 jets that I realize how underwhelming the figures really are...
