calm down. it was a reference to the already established narrative; hence High Command being called “Command.”
that’s entirely different than someone who dedicates entire transformers, for extended lengths of time, to:
1) derogatory sexual references to human genitals; which can be viewed as sexual harassment in a game where those same characters are meant to attack other characters.
2) petty caricatures aimed at trolling existing HMW players.
if some of you dudes don’t know the difference between harassment and comedic reference, that’s a personal issue.
lastly, you know good and well you can call me what you want in your posts, because you lot have done it. don’t turn into Mother Pinkimus again, please.
the old issues between us are dead. leave them dead.
i’m not getting warnings because of your shenanigans.

Children of Primus! Please! Let us have have peace! We have a war to fight!
Besides, I think the problem with not finding the humour in them is similar to how America deleted the U from most words, changed Zed to Zero, and has more guns than people. Some stuff is just cultural. As a fellow Masshole, you should understand that Hallows. It is, as they say, taking the piss.
Now, your Saviour and Messiah has spoken.
Baptisms will be held in the rear. Please form an orderly line.
OH! I remembered the name I was gonna change Yurika to!

Here's where you're wrong, on two counts. First being it was you and yours who couldn't/can't distinguish between a crude joke name and harassment. Second, and this is from a comedic position, you can either joke about everything, or nothing. Either everyone should be allowed to make joke names, or no one should.

Out of curiosity, Jack, if you see the names as petty, then why support that they're being reported?
As AZ and Burn have both stated, everyone is just having a go at everyone here. That's just HMW. Everything is meant in good fun and not to be taken seriously.

This.
------
There's a difference between dick jokes and targeted sexual harassment. There are plenty of other characters, bot and con, with less than savory names, and you guys have no problem with them. But a couple of RDD guys do it, and you and yours play merry hell. Have you considered that 1) they wouldn't keep making up silly names if they didn't keep having to change the existing ones, and 2) commanders who's levels are similar to those of your wife are probably gonna end up in missions with your wife.... It's this constant complaining, not just in game, but about a completely harmless comic on the forum not in it's self a form of targeted harassment?
And yes, a couple of the names used (especially the one with the full bio) were flat out intended as insults, whilst the mature response would have been to just ignore it, I can't and won't defend those, or fault you for complaining about them. But by this point, it's getting to the point where certain members of the RDD, who really don't take this game very seriously, have to stop and think about each new name they come up with because they know there's a good chance they'll only have to change em anyway.
Is what you posted inherently offensive and upsetting? Nah. Not really. Is it completely out of order considering the harassment thrown at Bun? Yes. Yes it firetrucking is.
Now, the way I see it you have two options:
You can continue your harassment, and continue to get more and more vocal opposition towards everything you do on this game, or you can put your hands up, promise to put a stop to this petty ****, and we'll promise to remind certain RDD members not to be complete dicks all of the time.)

sure Wingz, i can indulge your curiosity
i personally don’t care what someone does to mock me, but harassing players is against the rules; so if someone takes issue with a created character that is personally trolling another player, i support it because it’s an objective grievance.
my personal opinion: the past issues between us all are supposed to have been dropped. so a player with team characters who are negative parodies of real players they were in conflict with is not really dropping the issue.
and in the case of the sexbots, well, no explanation needed lol. there are young people who play this.
oh, just to be clear, i’m not referring to the one that’s a parody of your dolphin. i’m talking about ones that were around before that were a clear reference to some guy’s waggle flapster lol. there are young people who play this.
@ AZ, please post the link to where Autobot Savior, Alldarker, spoke. i can’t seem to find it.
to the rest of the commenters: there’s a lot to go through here, and the site lag is making things difficult, so i won’t be responding to anyone in particular, but i will just say this:
you seem to miss a crucial point; there’s a difference between calling someone a name, like everyone here does, and creating an entire transformers character, complete with derogatory bio and negative description of a real player, and using it to troll someone you don’t like. this is indisputable.
now, can we all take a chill pill? y’all are souring the fun that’s starting to regenerate itself.

For someone who is always mentioning the "young people" who play this game, you don't think twice about making drug references into your posts.
And hey, the fun was due for a second coming. As was Autobot Saviour, AZ. Funny how they both showed up at the same time. Coincidence?

a clear reference to some guy’s waggle flapster lol. there are young people who play this.
Bun called his Con "One-Eyed Wigglestick."
Let's just picture that for a moment. (Get a big mental picture going.)
That's a name that's been carefully chosen to not make any graphic references to male genitalia, it's an inuendo (no in your endo). You don't like it because as well as being a joke about the male member, it also made a joke about a specific male member and his choice of avatar. Pretending that you just want us to think of the children is disingenuous.
you seem to miss a crucial point; there’s a difference between calling someone a name, like everyone here does, and creating an entire transformers character, complete with derogatory bio and negative description of a real player, and using it to troll someone you don’t like. this is indisputable.
Yet, I do dispute this. Calling someone a name on the forums is more likely to spark an argument and quickly turn into a flame war if those people don't like each other. Tradition would have it that we be civil to one another and maintain the peace on the forums and a spoof character is meant to make bickering like this less likely than direct attacks on the forum.
They're meant primarily to make friends (who've known each other here for a long time) laugh and yeah a lot of them have been spoofing you precisely because you get so uppity about them.
now, can we all take a chill pill? y’all are souring the fun that’s starting to regenerate itself.
Thus spake the president of the Anti-Fun League.

I agree. It's to my understanding from this thread that no one is defending the names you're referring to here, so let's move on.
you seem to miss a crucial point; there’s a difference between calling someone a name, like everyone here does, and creating an entire transformers character, complete with derogatory bio and negative description of a real player, and using it to troll someone you don’t like. this is indisputable.
Red already agreed with you, Jack. I haven't seen a single post here to say you're wrong in this. A character created with a targeted bio shouldn't, and won't, be defended.
Characters made among consenting parties, or even just fun characters that really aren't targeted at anyone, aren't really hurting anyone, though. If those characters were left alone, you might find that your own jokes would be better received.

also, the fun began anew when the Bots successfully busted outta your detention cells. AZ showed up just in time to serve them warm energon upon their arrival back to Iacon.
@HC, Lol hey man i’m not visualizing anything you ask me to, ever!!
but check it: “one-eyed wigglestick” is a name famously used by americans to refer to male genitals. it’s not subtle. but that issue was resolved weeks ago.

Getting pretty fed up with every round of this ending with a flame war. I put a f'ton of work into these and then have to wade through a sea of bullsh*t each time one of them ends.
I'm not defending/attacking either side here, I'm just getting defensive over the effort here that appears to have been completely wasted.
Congratulations Jack; tactical victory goes to the Bots. Can Sustain defend Kaon or will be Autobots bring down it's defences?

i take responsibility.
i apologize Psychout, i know you put a LOT into this and it wasn’t my intention to inflame people.
Burn, sorry, i wasn’t trying to gaff you off with the laugh. it’s just that you making that comment put into perspective just how far we’d devolved in mere moments.
on the topic of my part in this event phase (i don’t want to speak too much just yet because Sustain is still running hers), i thought it was tense, anxiety inducing and extremely fun, just like a jail break ought to be. there was so much activity in missions, these “simple-looking” tasks turned into seemingly impossible to achieve objectives; so i just didn’t sleep until i got most of them.
right now i’m running on fumes and whatever this clear-yellow, tangy, pungent stuff is that Sustain left in this “I <3 Blaster” mug on the security desk.
there’s a note attached to it, hold on.
“To Hallows, because we all know how much you love taking the piss out of everything.”
hmm
no idea what that means, but these guys sure have some strange beverage choices over here.

“To Hallows, because we all know how much you love taking the piss out of everything.”
hmm

Ah. I see now where the flock hath gone wrong. Their audioreceptors hath been bent by the false saviour. The one who attempted to claim the title for themselves out of self agrandisment. Alldarker, while a powerful combatant, doth not speak the will of Primus. Be forewarned child. Abandoning the will of Primus can only lead to ruin for the Autobots and Iacon. Much like the Earfling's Jesus, I was named saviour and messiah by another. The road you tread hath only darkness waiting. It is not to late to turn back to the light of Primus and welcome his covenant into thou spark.
*Edit*
Sorry Burn, didn't see that post til after I'd responded.
How goes the escapage anyway? I've been to busy trying to kill firetrucking Sustain to pay attention. lol

Bots. I'm giving you until 6pm tomorrow (GMT+1) to finish Sounders off, and she has the same time to compete her challenges.
If you haven't caught her by then, reinforcements will arrive and you'll lose your chance.

nice
this is really coming down to the wire!
it’s like assault on precinct 13 in this joint. very suspenseful!

in my overtiredness (and with seeing so much of the prisoners’ bots in missions) i mistakenly thought i was helping them break out... but i was just tasked with defending Iacon’s Detention Facility from infiltration... so unfortunately me falling for the ol’ “this isn’t apple juice!” prank is no longer canon lol.
