How did BB lose his voise if he did?

Megatron whooped his ass, and managed to bust his voicebox, in the prequel comic or something. Can't remember exactly.

don't ask questions, just enjoy Junkion/special needs Bumblebee whilst he lasts.

Megatron got pissed at BB for distracting him, so Megatron totally tore open BB's chest and ripped out his voice box.

Ouch.

I thought it was a good way to put in Star Trek.

Bumblebee managed to stall Megatron long enough so that he would be unable to easily recapture the Allspark, even in his jet mode.

In retaliation Megatron tore out his vocal processors, instead of killing him... Why didnt Megatron do the same with Jazz???

thats why I froze my toy megs for 3 weeks .

Because it happened in the prequel comics .... let's just say BB had a few thousand years to get better.

He had a few thousand years to get better, then suddenly regained his voice at the right time.

They still should've made that clearer in the movie how he got his voice back.

So poor BB's lost his legs before, plus an arm. Good thing they can be fixed pretty easily! Talk about special needs!

I vaguely remember an interview with some of the writers where a fan mentioned the Allspark "healing" Bumblebee, and the writer said something along the lines of "oh, that works too, we had it that the laser Ratchet Shot him with slowly fixed his voice processors"

I mean (and I hate to quote Rove..) What the? The writers weren't even 100% on how the Bee got his voice back.

He was funny when he played music to comunicate.

BB is absolutely adorable. I've got both my 76 and my 08 sitting here next to the computer.

Maybe Bay wrote the scripts. Not the writers.

I thought I remembered Megatron crushing Bumblebee's voice box rather than ripping it out, and Bumblebee saying )in narration) that he simply left before they finished fixing it. And I thought I remembered something else said he "couldn't speak without pain" rather than 'couldn't speak at all'.

So basically, I figured he talked at the end, b/c he wanted to speak in his own voice, in spite of the pain.

He said that his arm was eventually fixed, but that his voice box was shattered beyond repair. Now obviously, it's a bit different in the movie in that it was indeed repairable.
