I just got the DIA Commander from FP. About 150 kinds of awesome, and I want to switch the face to the more 'Prime' one from the upgrade kit. Thing is, I don't wanna break it. So, how do I do it? Does the head slide off?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

You have to take it's head off and basically pull down on the face by the chin in order to get it to slide out. You can also try to loosen it up by sliding something behind the face first.

If you use something like pliers to pull the chin, try to cushion it or the tool will scratch the paint.

The easiest way to take off the face without a tool is to remove the head, and use your thumb or fingers and remove it from the inside back of the head. It's designed that way unless you have the original CC set which was really designed not to.
