how to make a link

I know this is pretty easy but i forgot how to make a link to a page,can you help me.
When I look back at the posts I made all those years ago, my grammar makes me want to hurl.

Personally, I think that what would be great right this instant would be to continue watching The Clone Wars season 2, have a coffee, have some sweet n sour, and watch Match of the day in roughly three quarters of an hour. Luckily for me, I have all this, so I shall now go and enjoy myself.
