I am working on a series of Dinobots, and the head designs that I do will be available in castings. Snarl is the first, and I am taking pics of the Sludge and Slag ones as I produce them, and will put them up as a tutorial soon. The Alt sized Sludge head will be different from the one I use on my Dinobot (as he will be way too large), but I wanted to have an entire set of Dinobot heads available. Here is a pic of Snarl:

And for all you classics fans that want a more faithful Cliffjumper head, here is a quick preview:

i dunno how i missed the sludge , he looks greeat, hope you have mroe success then my dinobots project 5 customs at once made me loose intrest and they have been making steady but slow progress

cliffjumper head looks good too, only thign id change is the sides of his face, if the helmet might look better if it came round the front more.

hows the mp starscream crown doing? i had a go myself but it wasnt worth finishing lol

That's why I chose the Dinobots as my big project. I am also an amateur paleontologist (haven't been out bone hunting in awhile though!) , and if the TF part doesn't hold my interest the Dinosaur part will.
Good suggestion on the CJ head, I will give it a go.
-and you didn't miss Sludge: Snarl was the first one completed, the tutorials will be coming soon, but Sludge is a ways down the road.
Screamer got to the design stages, and I went as far as to look at fabrics that would work for the cape, just haven't kicked it into full gear yet on production. Thanks man!

Oh yeah you may want to make cliff jumper frowning, A) so he different than bb and B) because he's a more moody character
