If Batman can't beat BD in the usual way, he can set a trap. This can either be with hi-tech gadgets or with regular materials. BD can try the same tactic but Batman is more experienced and has sensors in his vehicles, etc. Batman wins.

Oh wait, Batman is too old now. Probably dead. BD wins.
