Though it would end up making him kinda multicolor, would be kinda cool if you colored each bot to look closer to what thier natural color would be. YOu could probably use light and dark blues and some white on both sharks. The Lobster would of course be a dark blues and greys amd browns. The manta Ray would be blues and greys also. Then Snaptrap as various greens and browns with some Blue highlights on the shell to tie it all together.

Its jsut that seeing sharks and a lobster in a bright green looks kinda funky for a BW type figure.

few questions, don't you mind that two of them are transmetals and the other three aren't? i am planning a BW predaking bash and i want them all to be transmetals, so that their colors'll fit with orange/yellow/black.
are you gonna make a sixth member?

i didnt realy consider TM bw or normal BW ,although rampage has been pritty much rebuilt and i was thinking of puttyiing over depthcharg's wings to make them organic but decided not to because he is a bootleg and he looks good as he is, i might change my mind later on

tentakil will be made, but not for a month or two till the main 5 are finsihed, for now il probably just put a clawjaw in there to make up the numbers

im going to the paint shop tomorrow so im going to go for some white and gray , ive never been a fan of painting all the fun in this hobby for me is the building

Dak made an awsome predaking, im not sure what he used for it though

nautilator's lobster mode is finshed but youl have to use your imagination on the rest of them till they are done,
i hope you like the final colour scheems, i think i went a bit tangent trying to use there g1 colours, thanks for the feedback so far its helped the process along

well if you guys know how to get a live one to sit still while i paint it lol,

but from what i found lobsters can come in just about any colour

You know I didn't realize lobsters came in so many colors. And knew there were brown, blue, and yellowish ones. Didn't know there were those that were red before cooking though.

I'm loving the new Paint apps and im glad you didn't go with the G-1 colors for this project, making them look real adds character to each one hell BW Op and Megs weren't G-1 colored so why should anything else be colored the same as G-1 in BW?

Have you thought about diffrent personalities? The lobster screams to me that he hates water it would be a funny Personality flaw "He's a lobster but he hates water...I wonder why?" :roll:

yeah the g1 colours didnt go at all, but it was something im glad i tryed out,
personalities would be great if there was more of a story behind them, maybe i could send pictures of them to IDW and see if they can be put in the new comics lol

ive been toying with the idea of making tentakil (squid) out of another cybershark, that could be an arm and a leg so any of the limbs could be changed, might make tentakil a female too like in the jap Bw cartoons

wow thansk Darth Zax that would be awsome, shamne we cant do a huge fan fic for all the customs , but it would be nice if we could all put something together for 10th aniversary of bw from the bw customs

You know what I love best abput your job here, Piranacon...? That your custmizations have made them all look so much more real than anything BW ever produced. :shock:

(And I mean like the real animals they are meant to depict. Sure, in show they were rather accurate (season 1)... But the toys had so many issues.)
