So, I finally got around to taking pics of all the figures I've been working on.

First up is Ground Pounder, who is a repaint of 2010 Fallback, with a grenade launcher and laser rifle (with under-slung chainsaw) from Kotobukiya's MSG weapons line. I was originally going to paint him in the '90-'91 Desert Storm "Chocolate Chip" camo, but I'm also doing a CHUG Mindstorm in that scheme, so I came up with this one instead. Everything got repainted, from the tires to his eyes. I added a lot of detail, from the tail, reverse, and turning lights, to panel lines and liberal amounts of dry-brushing.

OOOOHHH! Me like the chainsaw the most! Were do keep getting all these weapons? I mean, do you just have a huge box stuffed to the brim with rare and awesome weaponry for your custom work?

Actually, I first saw the MSG kits on Hobby Link Japan a few years back, but the shipping was outrageous ($40-$50 for $15 worth of kits!). Just recently though I found a couple of sellers on eBay who had large stocks of them. They're meant for Gundam/giant robot models, but they'll also fit Transformers with very little work.
