I'm going with Prowl. He's faster, smarter, and more heavily armed. True, Kup has more experience, strictly speaking, but Prowl's no green recruit. Prowl's logic center wins this one--though Kup will put up a good fight and get a few shots in early on with some deliberately "illogical" behavior.

Prowl is one of the top Autobot warriors. Not saying Kup is chopped liver, but I seriously doubt he has what it takes to down Prowl.

Kup knows that, if he threatens Prowl, his supply of those vital tablets will be interrupted mysteriously.

Prowl has files on Kup. He knows the old timer's weak points. Prowl can beat Kup despite being outclassed physically.
