recommendation on what to re-glue paper sticker

I need to reglue some paper stickers to a figure and was wondering what is the best thing to use.

I don't want to damage the plastic or discolor the stickers.

Regular white glue would be your best bet.
Before that though, have you checked reprolabels.com to see if they have replacements for your figure?
