Let's see:

Marvel G1: Sentinel Prime turns Starscream to scrap.

DW G1: Probably the same as Marvel G1, the guy died before he got any screentime.

IDW G1: Starscream gets his null ray stuck up his own ass, and his arm will still be attached to it.

Animated: I'd say sentinel Prime before the Megatron rising episode afterwards I'd say Starscream

Motto: "Follow your instincts and your common sense."

Sometimes, Sentinel is too old to fight. However, in DotM he's at full strength. He can beat Starscream on the ground and use that acid gun to kill him in the air. Sentinel wins.
