Just listing off the in-jokes in the TF Game. Add to it, please.

A demolition site called 'Bay's Demolition', a reference to Michael Bay, and perhaps his love of blowing things up?

The fast food resturaunt is called 'Chip Chase's'.

The Shopping complex is called 'Metroplex'.
