Motto: "When the music's rockin', I'm rollin'."
Weapon: Laser Rifle
I really enjoyed it but it did have it's problems.

Too many humans.

That backyard scene wasn't funny and was too damn long. That was wasted time.

The opening in the chopper was pointless. We didn't care about those guys and we still don't.

Scorponok was pointless. They should have had them get a small piece of Blackout during the beginning and just given Scorps the axe. That would have saved time.

The hackers were pointless. Why couldn't Generic McGovermentGuy cracked the code? It would have saved time.

The scene in the car with the S7 guy was just bad all around.

Nowhere near enough Decepticon on screen time.

Megs looked like a Bionicle, not a TF. Also, his voice didn't set well with me.

Prime looked like a wimp when fighting Megs. He basically runs through Bonecrusher but then can't even put up a decent fight against Megs?

The Autobots looked like wimps all around actually. I know Bay wanted it to look bad for the good guys but you're telling me that Ironhide, the heavy weapons guy, Mr. LookAtMyArmCannons, couldn't take down Brawl or Blackout?

Now I know but reading that, it looks like I hated it but for every one of those that I didn't like, I can name 5 things that I did.

I found it marginally entertaining as a "dumb summer action movie". As a Transformers movie, which is what I was going to see after all, it pretty much failed. The negatives far outweigh the positives, and one really has to wonder if a lot of that was due to just shear laziness, incompetence, or taking the audience for granted.

Weapon: Gattling Gun
I thought it was great. Sure there were some minor problems, but it was still awesome. Hopefully they'll learn from teir mistakes and put more focus on the Decepticons now that Sector Seven is gone and all of the main characters know about the Transformers.

The actions were amazing. But the only problem was my favourite character - Jazz took only a small part in the movie

IT's the norm for the black actor or autobot to die first
Why act like you are surprise

Jazz was great, he has that gangsta talk and I totally love him. But he didn't talk much and was the only autobot who died, mega. only took 2 mins to finish him up

And I was like damn, he didn't look that weak

This is just my opinion, I think they should keep jazz to the end

She was awful. They just added her for sex appeal.

OH LOOK, LET'S ZOOM UP ON HER EYES AND MIDRIFF AGAIN!

Racheal's character at least contributed to the story.

I SO agree with you. I really missed Soundwave. I think he would've made an excellent addition to the movie. As for Megan Fox, I'm sorry but it was clear her only purpose in the movie was to attract the demographic they really sought.

All in all I was severely disappointed.

I was in the Army for several years and I worked right under the NSA as an Intel Analyst, the blonde would never have worked for the NSA never. She definitely would not have worked on that target.

Fox's acting was contrived and poor.

Shia was good but his nervous twitches irritated me.

Hardly ANY decepticon time. I was hoping for more Starscream and Megatron dialogue.

I could have done with Jazz not talking like some rapper. But I dealt with it.

I loved Tyrese and Josh Duhamel's chemistry.

The sector seven scenes were boring.

And I'm soooo sorry but the Megatron I knew from the cartoons and even the original movie would never have been killed by a piddly human being......WTF was Optimus' purpose then?????

I should've copped the bootleg first......

I just came back from it, and quite frankly I loved it(even though I had to be dragged to it basically by my dad who knows almost nothing about TFs, lol; I was dead-set on hating it).

The first, what, forty, fifty minutes of it(before the bots arrived) sucked(I could care less about all the high-school crap) with the exception of the scene at the car dealership.

But once the bots arrived, it had me hooked. The comic relief after they arrived worked for me, too. And yes, I even liked the bedroom scene, masturbation joke and all. Not to mention that Bumblebee 'peeing' on the Sector Seven Agent was awesome(in fact, just about anything Bumbles did was Awesome; I loved seeing my favorite Transformer at the forefront of the battles).

The designs worked SO much better in action, and they looked amazing; ILM did some great work, and hopefully we'll get to see more of it soon(as in, 2-4 years soon :P ).

As for the plot, it's exactly what I expected for a TF intro. Autobot[s] arrive, Autobot befriends human, human learns about the war, Decepticons come into the scene, other humans hunt down Autobots thinking they're evil too(slightly different in this case, but still similar enough), Autobots prove they're good(or in someway gain the trust of the other humans), and kick Deceptibutt.

Quite frankly, this movie rocked for me, and it was great to see the theater packed with people. Definitely a sort of vindication that the brand has staying power, and after TFTM that it can work on the big screen.

Me thinks we're entering a second golden age of Cyber... er, Transformers. :-P
