I was quite hesitant about getting the game b/c I have certainly out grow Pokemon. But after playing it a little bit, I'm really liking it. There's lots of depth, and it's not as linear as past games. There's plenty of side stuff to do. It still has the sugary sweet coating, but the game is still fun. Definately has the most improvements than any of the earlier versions. The only thing I don't like is that you need friend codes to trade and battle. And once I figure out how to get my code, I'll post it for anyone else who gets the game.

I got Pearl. I'm shocked that FYE had any copies left. Anyway, I can't connect to WiFi yet. When I can, I'll post my info. Maybe I should just get a USB adapter.

I've ordered mine from Amazon.com. I dunno whether I'll get Diamond or Pearl yet since I ordered each one and had them mailed to my girlfriend. She's going to choose which copy she has and will forward the other onto me. Either way, I simply can't wait to play it. It's the reason I got a DS in December.

Today's my B-Day and I got Diamond version. I got Piplup in my Pearl version, my sister got Turtwig in her Pearl version, so I chose Chimchar for Diamond version.

I got diamond version,but i have to figure out how to get my code.Is there any special device i need to access the wifi connection.

I got Diamond version, but I don't know how to get my code. I remember that in the bottom floor of the PKMN center te girl said I could get it w/out conecting to Wi-Fi, but I didn't get it. I'm having a hard time w/the E4 right now though. I can't even beat the first one.....................dammit.

I played Emerald, alright. And I didn't want to. I was desperate for a new RPG, something to waste plenty of time on, and Dawn of Souls wasn't doing it for me.
