I absolutely love Energon Grimlock, and think he fits in with the Classics line better than Classics Grimlock. I only have two very small gripes with the figure.

First, the T-rex mouth doesn't open as wide as looks like it could. If you have any suggestions to amend this I'd really appreciate it. Second, and the main reason why I'm making this post, is that E. Grimlock's outward/sidekicking articulation (what, it's the best way I could describe it!) is very, very limited. If I dremel out the portion of the leg I highlighted in red, would that help increase the leg articulation?

i did pretty much the same thing to a gundam model a couple of years back to increase its outward arm and leg articulation..

the area youve highlighted would be in the right place to increase energon grimlocks mobility.. the only thing i will say is be careful not to cut too much plastic out.. the red section youve marked out wants to be no wider than the peg with the ball joint on it, if its wider than the peg or as wide as the ball at the end, then the leg will come loose.. alot!!...

i think jin said in one of his guides... make lots of little cuts and test fit each time... its easier to take plastic away than it is to put it back!!

any way i can do to help im glad to do so..

i forget specifically which of Jin's guides it was... think it was something about basic figure customizing or adding ball joints... but ive read almost all of them and lets face it.. the guy knows his stuff
