Well, I ordered my MP Megatron back in January and I got an e-mail today saying that it was cancelled due to short stock and my money was refunded. Does anyone know who might have him? I had it preordered at Action HQ.

Robotkingdom does too and they are unmodified and plus you can insure the item in case something does happen. Insurance is $.70 more, and I think it is worth it.

I also have one ordered at BBTS, but I have yet seen my status change to Ship and I ordered it back on the 14th.

It might be a little while I beleive there going in order of when it was ordered

I ordered mine back on Dec 4 but it was shipped and I will see it on Thursday

i may be wrong about this, but i dont believe that insurance will cover an item being seized.

If it doesn't I don't care, it was only $.70 but I don't think it will be siezed. There have been people on here reporting they have gotten the unmodified one with no problem in the US here.

Also thanks for the heads up Wheeljack, wish BBTS can hurry with their ordering que, seems to be too slow for my taste.

I dont think we have seen a single report yet of one being seized from robotkingdom, action-hq, or any of the other vendors. So you should have nothing to worry about.
