I'm getting annoyed by a lot of these signatures users have (no offense), and I tried to disable signatures from showing up from other users by editing my profile. However, I did that like 3 days ago, and yet, I don't see a change.

What the heck? How do you take of other user's signatures so that they don't show?

I'm not entirely sure that's possible. It seems as though you're stuck looking at all those lovely pictures, words, ascii-drawings, shameless-plugs, and whatnot.

Simple Solution :idea:

Stick your face in a bucket of bleach.

You won't have to worry about seeing anymore sigs...

Actually on the topic (sorry), I see where he's coming from; it can be annoying sometimes seeing the same (often far oversized) pic over and over again, especially if it's slowing your pageload down - not everyone's on high-speed broadband.

And he's right. I just tried disabling sigs (just to see if it worked), and they're still there. Must be a glitch on the board.

Finally someone got what the hell I was talking about. Jeeze.

And yeah, it does lag up my computer at times and it does get annoying to see. Some are reasonable sizes and look good. Others are excessively huge and unecessary. :MAD:

I wish there was klike a limit cap on how big these sigs can get. Trust me, I've seen some pretty huge ones.

I like your old sig better. You know... the famous one. :grin:

And BTW there is a size cap for sigs but lots of posters just disregard it.

Yeah, there is a size limit for sig pictures (Chaos Bringer's is as large as is allowed). But indeed, far too many people choose to ignore it. Doesn't help when people have huge quote tunnels in their sigs, either.
