If you've been watching Transformers Animated you may have noticed Optimus Prime useing a multitude of trailers.

He has the fire engine trailer that actully comes with his alt mode.

He was seen with the trailer for his G1 name sake.

And he's been seen with the trailer for a dump truck, twice. (Allthough I've never seen a dumptruck that could actully detach from it's trailor. Then again never seen a fire truck do it either.)

So I'm currious now, what other trailers will Optimus be seen with in this series and will this gimic be used for his toys?

Maybe they won't make the varrious trailors used in the cartoon but what if the toys are made in a way that he can be interchangeble with the trailors of past Optimus Primes? There are multible versions of him comming out and maybe they'll have varrious types of hook ups because no past Prime hooks up to their trailor in the same way.

havent notice that at all, i'll have to look out for it
would like to see them relese different trailers as toys
cant figure out how that would work- probly with repainted optimus'

The dump truck trailer has been seen in "Elite Guard" and "Garbage in, Garbage Out"

The G1 trailer was seen in "Nanosec"

Wasn't the G1 trailer in HeadMaster :-B

But seriously, I think they're just gonna slap on whatever works for the plot.

I'd love for ANY line though to have optional Optimus trailers, it would just be fun.

Also, alot of yard dumpsters are moved, and dropped off by flatbed trailers.

i figure that if they make a leader class toy they will include the full fire truck trailer.

my own theory is that if motormaster is in the show(probably not :sad:

) he could be a remold of voyager prime with a new head the dumptruck trailer and repainted colors.

im gonna wait for the dvd till i watch em again but ill be sure to look out for them in future episodes

i like the idea of exchanging trailers but so far i only have mp primes
they could use magnets

Headmaster was my original thought but he just seems to take bodys and have no real schemes going on.

Anyway... I don't think they'll ever use Motormaster again at least not as a evil Prime look alike.

G1 had Motormaster

BM had Megatron himself

RID had Scourge

Armada had Nemesis Prime

this is random but what about long haul, if he is in there he could have a removable dump truck trailer that can hook on to prime :???:
