Splitting apart tough TF bodies parts

Weapon: Sword of Fury

I'm having trouble splitting apart some TF body parts after removing their screws.

In particular, Classic/Henkei Optimus's head (head itself, not the joint it's on), and Universe 2.0 Tankor/Octane's body.

I know that they don't have pins in them, but taking them apart is a nightmare, I feel I can pop Octane's open using a little pressure, but I'm worried about C/H Optimus's head, and I have no idea how to split it safely after removing the screw.

Any advice?
