They've had them for about a week. I'm really tempted to ship my POL just to get my hands on these guys, but I'm trying to hold off for a few more things to come in.

Yep. My former roommate and I had a set on Pre-order for a while, and the e-mailed me last Tuesday that it was in. My set will be here today.

I think it has to do with people's initial impressions coupled with the reality they experience.

I like the figure. Mine's got nice tight joints(was worried about snapping whilst transforming his chest because of how tight it was). The only real problem(other than the pieces that were missing) I have is that the missile stand doesn't support the weight of the missiles when attached to the cab.

I'd say 6.5 out of 10, IMO.

The 2 black Shoulder/Cab guns and the 2 fold out kickstands on the Trailer. The annoying thing? They're all there on my friend's Red/Blue version I received with it.

Update: E-mailed Xovergen last night, and received a reply this morning. They're going to send me the missing parts. As well, they thanked me for my purchase asked for my feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of the figure for enhancing further production runs. I suggested they should file and round the piece that holds the chest on as I'm not sure if it will last with the current amount of pressure needed to get it through that curve.

I was pleased with the quick response and surprised that they asked for feedback on how to make it a better figure. I also enjoy the figure(despite the missing parts) and will most likely pick up future figures from them. I think they have the potential to be a top player in the 3rd party game.

Now to go swap the Prime style head for the alt head I got and see which I want to use for display.
