Also no outside forces or help, only their standard weaponry and skills.

It depends on whether or not the invincibility Star counts as "Standard weaponry." But since I'm guessing not, I have to give this one over to the Turtles. Mario can break bricks by headbutting them, but this are the original, much grittier TMNT.
