Trying to remember yet another show from when I was younger...

Weapon: Double Venom Lasers

It was about a brother and sister I believe.

It took place on Mars.

I think in the first episode it shows them being attacked by something and they have to leave the safety of the city dome thing they were living in.

I know its not much, but I figured someone else here had to have seen it before or know something

It was on FOX kids when they had that little cartoon fox for a mascot
