OptiMaguns10 just wanted to know why some people who absolutely hate the movies feel they need to hate on people who don't hate the movies. Of course, being the Internets and all, there was much explosion just like a Michael Bay movie. And since Al Gore invented the Internets, this explosion has further expanded his personal carbon footprint. Thus, this thread has now transcended from our plane of existence back into the Allspark of Primus himself. So, basically, OptiMagnus10 made Al Gore blow up Primus through the work of Michael Bay.

Everybody got that? 8-}

I lost you on the fourth sentence there. :???:

Beginning with the premise that anything discussed on an Internet message board has the potential to blow up into something else entirely (thus the mention of Michael Bay), here is the explanation of my analogy:

When Gore was running for president somehow he either said or someone attributed to him the quote that he created the Internet (during his time in congress when the original network system created for the purpose of allowing the military to communicate in another way in case of emergency was beginning to expand into something bigger thanks to some college campuses).

I use the term Internets because that's a reference to a W. Bush slip up (a fun joke whether one agrees or disagrees with his policies).

Finally, Gore became Mr. Green Energy save the planet from Global Warming aka Climate Change (because heaven forbid our whether has a cyclical pattern of its own and humans have very little to do with how that cycle works, but try explaining common sense to scientists who alter data to prove they are correct) after he lost his campaign, but has a carbon footprint larger than some cities from his mansion alone, forget any other property he has or use of transportation to travel the world to champion his cause.

So, understanding the back story to my comments, the paragraph I wrote will hopefully make you ROTFLYAO! :P

Bush: Heh. Heh. Internets. I like sayin' Internets.
Okay I'm done with that. But yes, now this makes sense (in which I believe global warming is just a pattern).
I'm not a fan of Gore either anyway.

What the heck? :BANG_HEAD:

Ha, I went through that a few times, I think I get it.

Was it too subtle? Never a good thing when you have to explain your joke. #-o
