How would you guys feel about a comic entirely drawn with CG art? I think it would suit Transformers, and it would be something I would love to do personally. Here is a sample for Animated's Bulkhead. He is not textured, just assigned a cel-shaded material. I could do a CG comic for any continuity: Movie, Animated, G1, BW, etc.

I realize I gave Bulky a mohawk. Oops.

Obviously, it wouldn't be an animated comic, ALTHOUGH...hmmm...iPad....

Here is a colour one. I forgot to fix his 'ears' like I did for the Hulk version...

I'm not too familiar with the continuity, tho I did start modeling a WW Grimlock somewheres...

Where this would be most beneficial is with the movie-verse, as the models there are very detailed and intricate. yes it would be a lot of modeling (The ILM models are overkill for a comic), but you wouldn't have to redraw those characters over and over again.
